Description of this blog:

This is a blog where I roleplay as the Cesar Hernández mimic from the horror book called Hail, True Body by mustangisinflames, also known as @mustangs-flames. You can ask me anything, and I will answer it in character. None of this blog or interactions I make on this blog are canon to Hail, True Body.

Asks are open currently ✓ The timeline of this blog is going to start at the very beginning of Mimicry, where it had just killed Cesar. It will go on with the story, but I'll try to keep it in Mimicry at least for now. The earlier posts were set in a future timeline where they were happy, but I have since changed it. If anyone wants to roleplay with me as the other characters, I would be happy too as long as you also follow the boundaries of the creator. Both me and the character are aromantic asexual, so I don't want to do any shipping. There might be graphic descriptions of gore and possibly psychological and body horror on this blog, but I will tag them so you can not see them if you want. The colored GIF sprites are sprite edits of the character Badeline from Celeste. The original art was done by Amora Bettany. Key: I will write like this while in character. (OOC: I will write like this while out of character). [Translation: I will write like this for translations of any kind, usually Morse Code]. This will be updated as needed.

Do you know any books from Cesar's head?

I do. Most of them are useless to me, but some of them contain useful information about how a human body is composed. I do not need that information anymore, but knowing how humans perceive themselves and their surroundings could possibly help me act like them better. However, it does not appear to be necessary. Thy do not suspect me.

Once upon a time there was a lovely princess. But she had an enchantment upon her of a fearful sort, which could only be broken by love's first kiss. She was locked away in a castle guarded by a terrible fire breathing dragon. Many brave knights had attempted to free her from this dreadful prison, but none prevailed. She waited in the dragon's keep in the highest room of the tallest tower for her true love and true love's first kiss. Like that's ever going to happen. What a loony.

You must be mistaken because dragons are not real.

Mark is the one who will die, not me. "Demise" is an impossible fate for something like me. And besides, I do not want to see anyone smile. Or laugh.

Do you not realize that the grenade would kill you were it to detonate? That benefits neither of us.

(OOC: Sorry about being so late, I had no motivation to draw for a long time, and I felt like this conversation needed drawings. Also the default of the pen is now smaller, and I didn't even realize until I saw the other drawings. I'm gonna have to manually adjust that).

Patmos County was destroyed, but thankfully due to plot armor, everything and everyone was restored.

What use would a collection of eyes have? Do humans collect eyes? Why haven't I heard of this before? Do they always go in the basement?

Excellent idea. he will trust me so much more now. Humans give gifts to their friends, so if I give him a gift, I will surely look like his friend.

pretty pink princess.

Pretty is subjective, pink is a frequency I do not prefer to be in, and I am not royal by any means. Mark has none of these qualities either. What qualifies as pretty anyway? Something I'd like to see? I would like to see Mark broken completely. That would be most beautiful to me.
