The show follows these two time travelers named Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi. These two use their abilities to time travel to give messages to loved one, get information, and later solve murders.

The time travel mechanic is very interesting. Lu Guang has the ability to see 12 hours into the past of when a photo was taken. Cheng Xiaoshi has the ability to go back into the moment of when the photo was taken by possessing the person who took the photo. By connecting their powers via high fiving, Cheng Xiaoshi can go into the phot and do what needs to be changed while Lu Guang tells him what to do as to not change time.

The show is extremely grounded and is often at it's peak when its at it's highly emotional scenes.

It can also be considered to be a BL because of it's queer undertones(It's made in China so the filters are obviously there) and the characters relationship gets tested in multiple episodes

the show is currently 30 episodes(excluding the chibi episoded) with 2 seasons and an arc. Season 3 is expected to happen in 2026

It's classified as a drama but there are also horror and mystery elements also involved.

I wish Rafayel knew he is our muse. I wish he knew he isn't just a painter, but a muse as well. Because he is a muse to so many of us, to the writers and artists in the community. Whenever I see a fanart of him, I think of how he'd react knowing there are people that love him the way they love art. I wish he knew he inspires many poets and painters.

Okay, CSP free trial’s gone, and my wallet’s drier than Rafayel’s patience rn. 💸 Scholarship’s playing hide-and-seek with my bank account, so no sub for me. Stuck testing these free apps, but *bruh* — everything feels clunky after CSP?

At the end of 2024 I took part at one unusual event. For the "Secret Santa" among Ukrainian artists, I got the chance to choose between two characters from the cartoon The Owl House, and I picked this boy named Hunter, if I'm not mistaken. Overall, I’m happy with the result, even though it’s still not perfect c: Big thanks to the organizers for the event and to my Secret Santa for their drawing and such an interesting task!

Here is one of my old artworks (September) because I have exams and need to spend time on study and practice. This art was drawn when i had a trip to Italy with my dance group.

It took me about two weeks to realize that the chairs in ancient China were quite different from what I expected. I'm really happy with how the painting turned out, so I'm gonna post it in my social media accounts.

Begging people to stop reblogging this AI trash from “The Phantom Painter” on Instagram (instagram.com/phantom.painting). I’ve been seeing it on my dash more and more often from people who are otherwise anti-AI and either can’t tell it’s AI or don’t care because it looks cool.

This is the kind of shit that is VERY CLEARLY trained on the works of existing talented artists’ with distinct styles and this asshole is selling prints and making a profit off of stealing other people’s hard work.

Don’t give people like this money or attention and they will go away.

Please, if you’re going to buy art prints, buy them from an actual artist.

@thegnat That’s the problem, it’s getting really hard to tell what’s AI and what isn’t. This phantom painter person at least says on each post on Instagram that it was created with AI, but when people re-post it on tumblr, it isn’t specified, and people end up reblogging it.

It’s not reasonable to think everyone should be vetting every single art they reblog to make sure it isn’t AI, which is why I made this post to let people know this artist specifically is AI, and I see it reblogged a ton.

That last one is for the people saying “you can always tell by the hands.” You cannot. The whole point is that it’s getting better and better at it. That’s what it does.

As an art curator on tumblr I now have to spend a considerable amount of time trying to decipher whether or not the art I want to share is AI or not and I still sometimes get it wrong.
