【Summer Fireworks-WIP】 Six months have passed, and I’m finally sharing the sketches I’ve been wanting to post.

Half a year ago, my left shoulder began to ache. After visiting four orthopedic clinics, seven physical therapy centers, and undergoing an MRI, I finally learned that it was a cervical disc herniation causing nerve compression in my left arm.

At the beginning, the pain was constant—whether I was standing, sitting, or lying down. After work, I could only use a heating pad and try my best to rest. After six months of treatment, I'm not fully recovered yet, but I can at least sit at the computer for short periods to do what I love. I've chosen long-term physical therapy to avoid the risks of surgery.

My updates are slow, and I’m not sure if anyone still remembers me, but I will continue to slowly update my work on Charlastor and Ostin. Thank you all so much for your continued support.🙂

How old is Ostin now? The hotel is celebrating its tenth anniversary, and he can't be any older. However, even for a 10-year-old boy, he acts incredibly mature. I suppose it's thanks to Alastor and Charlie's diligent upbringing.

I'm also curious to know the ages of your other original characters.

I’m so happy to see your questions! Yes, Ostin is 10 years old. I sometimes wonder if he’s a bit too witty for a 10-year-old, haha! But then I think of T.J. from Recess, and it feels like it could work, right? XD

As for my other OCs: Winni is around 30 to 40 years old, while the other trio are just teenagers, probably between 15 and 17.

Regarding my health, it turns out that a herniated disc in my neck is compressing the nerves in my left arm, causing unusual pain. I’m currently undergoing continuous treatment and rest. I was very upset at first, thinking I might need surgery. Now I’m focusing on physical therapy. The progress is very slow, which worries me a bit, but as long as I can avoid surgery, I will keep pushing through.

I’ve actually already planned out the story for the Ostin comic, and I really want to finish it as soon as possible. Life just keeps throwing curveballs at me, but I’m so happy that someone still remembers him! :)
