Practical sewing and stitching techniques (Mending holes and altering lengths)
Today i have finnished a lill pocket flower is he weirdly shaped yes, thats called friendshaped
Embrodidery isa craft for sure
I had a sweater i didnt wear often because it had gotten a hole. Me being a wucker for green didnt want to throw away this fast fashion crap. Decided to keep it and repair the hole
Ive tougth of diffrent ways to repair it. Since i dont know how to mend it properly i decided to do a simple weaved net hoping it will add the life span.
now when the net mending is done i added a leaf to embelish the mending. Hopefully it adds more to its life span and also over tine makes a nice theme for my clothes.
Here the result is. A tiny leaf living its best life. Its challenging to work with fabric that is diffrent in how much stress it tolerates. Sometimes im too heavy handed or fast. But i am slowly getting more adept at it
Today i have done my third embroidery patching. I hope that other fabrics wont give me the same hell as this one did. But what wont i do for the things i love
If my life have to turn into a jrpg and i have to kill a god so be it
