"Oh my god, you've been shot!"
It hurts. It’d somehow slipped past him. He couldn’t stop it quick enough. “Don’t…let them kill me.” He pleads weakly. Andrew’s hand covering the bleeding wound.
The older of the two had just been there. He didn’t question why. But his arms spread out and around the other. And he took off with him, cracking the asphalt from the force as he fled the scene with the boy in his arms. Beginning to feel the pain and growled some to himself. “I won’t..”
They’re moving. He tries to focus on the ground moving beneath him instead of the pain. His mind reels. “I dropped the camera.” Priorities.
The camera wasn’t the main priorities. But he stopped and looked back for it. Once in his sight. It floated towards them and he was off again with the other. This damn camera probably had something useful on it. “Hospital is where we’re going” He crushed things, killed things. Healing wasn’t part of him at all. He could remove the bullet but that may make the boy bleed out.
"Andrew.. Stay with me okay. Just focus" He had a guess that Andrew didn’t see who exactly was holding him. Probably for the best right now.
He reaches out and takes the camera in his hand. Holding it close. He turns it on, and records as they fly. It calmed him down. The world was blurry around him. But he was flying. "Steve?" That didn't make any sense though. Steve couldn't save him. Maybe Steve was alive. Maybe it'd all been some nightmare.
No, he wasn't that lucky. "Matt." He breaths out.
