You may feel a bit more stressed, anxious, fearful, sad or angry this week - and thatβs okay.
It's because your amygdala - the part of your brain storing & processing emotions - is more active this week (at least from an energetic perspective).
This means itβs natural for bigger emotions, or emotional situations from the past, to come up.
If they do, itβs a sign from the universe that youβre ready to evolve through your limiting emotional baggage.
Even if you have awareness of a limiting emotion and start wondering how you could drop it, but youβre not ready to take action yet, thatβs still progress.

Yes, HD is about more than just your soul blueprint.
It also gives us a map of how transiting energy impacts your body.
The transit changes every few days, which affects your physical, emotional and etheric body - even if youβre not aware of it.
It also impacts what we want to talk about. And what weβre interested in and receptive to.
This is why I heard both Robert Sapolsky (Neuroendocrinology Researcher) and Molly McCord (Intuitive Astrologer) unexpectedly diverge from their podcast topics to talk about the amygdala. Neither of them planned it. But, they were both so in tune with universal energies and intuition that their awareness naturally went to these not-so-common topics.
Being βemotionalβ has been called a weakness for far too long.
Thankfully, most of us now know that feeling - and releasing - your emotions is an essential part of healing and wellness. The trick is finding enough confidence to let go of what no longer serves you in a healthy wayβ¦. but I know you can do it. I believe in you π.
