These are the last four photos in the “100WWW-IR” summit series. The 100WWW-IR(100 women Who Will Impact Rwanda) summit was a one–week intensive leadership and mentorship camp that was organised last summer by Patricie Uwase Mavubi, a MasterCard Foundation Graduate. Thanks for everyone involved, these 100 girls got a chance to meet their role models, government members, entrepreneurs, etc. This camp was an opportunity for most of them to meet, express themselves, and forge bonds that will last forever. I really hope they had fun, and I want to take this chance to wish them well well in their upcoming adventures.

The reason why I would like to become a medical doctor is because I want to be helpful. I don't like seeing most patients wait more than a month to meet with a doctor. We don't have doctors, and it is a problem. A problem that has been, and is, costing us a lot of lives. That is why I want to encourage more girls to join me and solve this problem.

The walk from my home to school takes an hour on average. During rainy seasons, it is even worse as it can take to two or three hours. It is very tiring and exhausting. I have to leave home early in the morning around 6 a.m., and I don't get to be back until 6 p.m. Trying to study after walking back from school is almost impossible. As times goes on, I am getting used to it. During last exam period, I had to wake to wake around midnight and study for 2-3 hours, then go back to bed so that I am ready to wake up at five and go to school.

Ten years from now, I will be a civil engineer. As an engineer, I look forward to being part of a team that will build Africa's tallest tower in Rwanda!

It is been a good year, and I am excited to say that I am proud of what I have been able to learn and accomplish through this @humansofrda project.

I am into superhero movies. I like superheroes because sometimes I feel like I want to become a hero. The feeling of being unique and super would definitely be amazing!

I am special and I have a specific mission. I cannot be replaced. And no one can replicate me. I don't let grudges weigh me down. I fundamentally believe that each person has both a positive and negative side. So when I see a person being negative, I don't condemn them. In 2010, I happened to be in Cape Town, South Africa, for my studies. As you know, the world cup was that year. Imagine my surprise when I got to work on hosting a big number of people from different cultures! It was the happiest moment and I got to meet some of the players from Uruguay. I don't think a younger me would imagine this happening! Now I teach more than 108 students each year in Hotel and Tourism Management. I tell them the sky is the limit and that all is possible under the sky. (Musanze, Rwanda)

"In my family we are 10 children plus two parents. Thus everything in the kitchen was always problematic, including the amount of wood used to cook all our food. And then one day a man came in our village, and using just an empty NIDO container and some charcoal, he cooked his whole meal. I realized he had connected a cable from his battery to the container. "Since I was a kid, I liked learning about the mysteries of the universe. At school, my favorite class has always been geography. At first, I thought that it was my passion to become an astronaut but I recently realized that being an air-traffic controller is even more fun."

"All pharmacists should take the time to communicate about side effects. We often assume that the doctor who prescribed the medicine already weighed the advantages and disadvantages. But some side effects can cause a person to feel hopeless even if the treatment was actually working and they were getting better."

"As a pharmacist, I want to give my best to a person in terms of health and what they want to achieve." "Did you always dream to be a pharmacist?" "When I was growing up, I didn't have a clear vision of who I wanted to become. I never thought much about it, but even when young I was already acting like a pharmacist! For example, my friends would be experiencing hangovers and I would prescribe them natural remedies to ease their discomfort."

"Some patients visit both the herbal doctor and the modern doctor and even mix the medicine from both. Although some alternative treatments are acceptable, mixing treatments can cause adverse chemical reactions. In most cases herbal doctors are not trained on proper dosage, storage or route of administration as we, pharmacists, spend five years learning.”
