i wish there was a definite way to know how somebody felt like you could just write their name into a database and find out what theyre feeling in that exact moment or how they feel towards you or how sad they generally are or how many times theyve felt truly happy you know

reminder:

you don’t have to be there for everyone. you don’t have to drop everything and push your problems aside to help everyone else. put your mental health first. you are just a teenager. let the person know you are there to support them but don’t try to be their therapist. give yourself the time you need before devoting your time to others.
