So it's about 2am and its been a long day. No better way to finish it than #ClanginAndBangin that iron. (Weights and that Sword. See what I did there. Lol) #HolisticHealth reading Ephesians 6 and verse 12 is so easy to read but very hard to remember and apply in the heat of the moment. We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, the ruler of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. It's never the enemy that you see that kills you. It's the one you don't see because you're distracted. The physical realm distracts us from what goes on in the spiritual. Keep your eyes open, faith strong, and heart sensitive.
