Stop Trying To Change People

Something that I am learning a lot in my program (MSW) is being able to sit with someone and genuinely listen. So many people are always trying to change others based upon their own views and morals. We are a diverse population and we should always remember that. Positive change doesn’t happen when people tell others that they are living their lives wrong, it happens when people empower each other.
