Code cart question.... do you keep adenosine in the box or put it in a baggy?

Situation tonight where pharmacy put it in a baggy and was not seen. So there was a delay in giving adenosine 12mg until pharmacy got there and drew it up.

I thought it was always kept in boxes to be easily identifiable.

My laptop crashed last year and I lost everything. I’m applying to a new position at a different hospital and I want to see if a cover letter is really necessary.

I understand it will make me stand out, but I’m so lost about what to put in it as well!
