Thanks. Its an aortic valve replacement, and the repair, of an aortic aneurysm. I was born with a bad valve. It’s been replaced, before, but the replacement is wearing out. The aneurysm is new, but the cause seems to be related to the problem with the valve.

I’m going to be going away for a while; longer than usual. The gist is, I’m going to have a major surgery, in the next few days; that’ll take me out of commission; for the next couple months; or longer.  The reason I set so many queued posts, to post as quickly as I did, is so I could leave this as my last post; before going in to surgery. The odds of me surviving the surgery are high, and I plan to be back; after I recover.

I’m not sure where I’ll take this blog after I recover, but I still have a large number of posts and reblogs, in my drafts. I’ll probably just start queuing them up, though.
