the last ask made think of a similar scenario, except the person doesn't know they are being fattened up. maybe they are just overly polite to refuse a homecooked meal as a reward for being of help to their neighbour/friend.

for whatever reason, there is always something to help out with, a little moving furniture here and there, some gardening--

they always overdo it on food served to them, unable to really control themself and every day they waddle back to their house, gut swollen and packed full.
