Anxiety

It sucks that sobriety helps with my anxiety quietly wishing to be a part of society but undeniably addicted to numbing myself put my thoughts on a shelf I know it’s bad for my health dreams of wealth used to pull me out of low self esteem from going downstream it makes my insides scream bc it seems that isn’t enough anymore my only relief is being a whore on the dance floor & getting to explore but I’m searching for more outlets to eliminate regrets all I really need is my pets and beautiful sunsets.

My stupid late night poem thoughts about relationships w money hungry ppl that’s all

I think it’s kinda funny that your whole self worth is based on money without money your life is never sunny. You’d live under a cloud your angry thoughts pounding so loud you’d never feel proud. It’s sad your just like your dad obsessed with a lifestyle that only makes you mad. If you could learn to heal maybe you could see what’s real & you could start to actually feel instead of acting like it’s no big deal. I have so much love inside for myself don’t give af about your wealth I’m focused on my friends, family & health. You were a mistake that I had to make it made my heart break but now my mind is awake. Without you I wouldn’t have learned this lesson thanks for the depression but I’m confessin I turned it into progression.Russ said “if my 20s taught me anything it’s to stay away from people that put money over everything” they aren’t worth the pain they bring.

It’s so easy to underestimate this fact, but in truth if you stop exposing yourself to certain energies, behaviors, kinds of people, you think about them less and less. Expose yourself to healthy energy that only boosts your overall growth. Be ruthless about what you surround yourself with, with time it starts defining your mindset.
