Early mornings didn’t typically bother him but then again, he hadn’t managed to get his hands on a cup of coffee yet. “Mm. I’m okay. Yes. Are you okay?” Anthony was quick to ask, the words nearly slipping past his lips through a stutter. He couldn’t quite hide that he was feeling under the weather; the paleness of his skin...the faint scratch marks here and there lining sections of his face and arms. Transformations always took a slight toll.

What kind of wine you drink, hmm?” Dred asked, his dull eyes giving his gaze a sort of disinterested appearance as he looked the stranger over. He couldn’t help that, really. In truth, he wasn’t all that interested to begin with, but perhaps this person could capture his attention for once.

He wouldn’t say he was exactly bitter about being stuck here for as long as he had, but being dead might’ve been the better alternative at this point.
