Adam Groff said the word bisexual. On screen. About himself. I was so worried they would ignore his attraction to girls and make him full on gay. But nope. Bisexual :)
It shows that LGBT+ people can be religious (Eric) or not religious (Rahim). And both sides are have their reasons and don't get into a huge fight about it, because they are listening to one another, and understanding!!!! So important
It shows interracial couples with two people of color
Ola came out as pansexual. And kissed Lily. And Lily's somewhat wlw? Maybe bi or pan, but could be lesbian. And they get together, being one of the only shows to fill my requirement that if it has a highly advertised mlm couple, it should have a wlw couple who are in similar standing character wise as the mlm couple
They finally show us why Jackson's mom pushes him so hard, but they make sure she knows that she shouldn't push him so hard, nor should she project her dreams onto him
And Jackson gets a much needed mental health storyline
Florence (side character) learned about asexuality from Jean
Maureen (Adam's mom) left Mr. Groff
Maeve has a little sister, and they're so adorable

Steve told Aimee that they never had to have sex again I'd she didn't want to and that he just missed talking to her
Just Steve in general. He comes off as a total himbo, but he's actually super smart and the best character in the show
Adam actually tries to get better. He still makes mistakes, but he's trying. No, he shouldn't be forgiven for everything he did, but he does deserve a chance to try and get better

Okay, so Olivia is Indian, and she's known as an untouchable??? What the fuck??? Please address this
Things I Really Don't How to Feel About:
The weirdness of Olivia being 18 and Malek being 15? It's kind of uncomfortable, but on the other hand, it isn't legally statutory rape and it was completely consensual, so??? Idk
