Sam looked up from his from his deep stare at his feet to see who his savior was. He’d been shackled for at least an hour it felt like after an interesting encounter with someone at a club. “I know what it looks, but can we save the laughs for later? They told me it was a bathroom and next thing I  know they handcuffed me and turned on the lights to this…” He strained against the restraints again. “How was I supposed to know that the club name stood for BDSM?”

Violet looked up from the mug in front of her, she smiled politely at the person standing there. Then without saying a word she looked back down at her notebook and started scribbling some things. Then she looked up, held up a coaster she’d brought and went back to notes. Then after a few more sentences she shut the notebook. “Alright, now. What do you want?”
