Watching myself falling a part and not having any strength to pull myself back up is so hard to watch

My grave disease has taken a toll on me, more than ever. I struggle getting through the day and I'm just both mentally and physically exhausted.

People don't know how to be around me or don't want to be around me and that's fine..it's actually better for me.
