Aaron had been walking through the hall before he saw someone he had not met yet. He looked around to make sure that she was indeed talking to him. “Uh…I don’t think so why?”
“I’ve been hearing things running in the hallways...couldn’t be you...could it?” she asked skeptically while turning her head back to the television screen. “I’m an expert at this type of stuff child, so don’t doubt my senses” she added.

Haru turned to the girl, tilting his head slightly in curiosity. He wasn’t entirely sure what Ryumin was trying to get his attention for, but he found himself listening anyway. Shoving another mouthful of cereal into his mouth, Haru found himself furrowing his eyebrows as he contemplating an answer. “Uh.” He began once he finished chewing, playing around with the spoon slightly. “What makes you think that?” He asked, looking at the corner of the room that the other was looking at. “You didn’t like, play with a ouija board or something like that, right?”
Ryumin wanted to scream at even the thought of touching that demented piece of a board. “Hell no! It’s just...” she glanced behind her, quickly checking if anyone was present. Then she neared the man, hoping to grow closer, then whispered in Japanese to make fully sure they were speaking alone. “I’ve been hearing lots of noises lately...ooh! and seeing shadows as well!” she cringed. Not only could she have possibly spooked him, but also ruined his cereal. “Don’t you feel the tension of the room?” she asked oddly while making gestures with her hands.

Staring off into the distance, Ryumin squinted her eyes shut. “Hey!” she asked her fellow roommate, speaking in a loud whisper at first. Once her roommate acknowledge she continued. “Do you think a spirit followed us from the woods when we went camping?” she asked while staring in the corner of the room.

Overhearing the whine of the other, Sera’s ears tuned in to listen to just what they were complaining about. Despite this, it had still come as a minor shock when they’d began speaking directly to her. Still, she listened, chuckling to herself at their words. “I haven’t lost any yet.” She teased, holding up her phone to show the other. “I guess it is true when they say that the pretty are privileged.” Another giggle to herself escaped her lips. She’d smiled at the ground before snapping a look back up to whomever she was speaking to. “Oh don’t worry about that. Even if you get lost, no one will kidnap you with hair like yours.”
Ryumin scoffed to herself. This new roommate had just arrived in time for the event, and she was already insulting her to the ground. “Yah! I’m your sunbae on this show. Be more respectful” she scolded while pouting over her phone. Watching the girl with a look of disgust, Ryumin couldn’t help but raise her eyebrows at her comment. How rude. We aren’t even on a first name basis. How dare she say such heinous things! she shouted in her mind. Without control, she couldn’t help but let out a few slurs or curses in Japanese.

Miyeon’s eyes went wide at the other’s questions. Just as her mouth gaped open to lecture the other about placement of items, Ryumin had managed to come through with the instruction manual. Sighing in relief, she walked over besides the girl to look over the pages for herself. When they’d finally gathered their thoughts, she went to tackle the tent.
Though at first it was frustrating, like a puzzle, the two had managed to assemble the tent together. Placing her hands on her hips, Miyeon admired the finished product, inwardly giving herself and Ryumin a high five (which she was too tired to physically carry out). “How did you manage to age another ten years while we put this thing together?” Miyeon teased at the other’s remark of her back hurting.
Ryumin looked up at the girl, accepting her attempt at joking. “I say we get something to eat...it’ll keep us from passing out and sleeping the whole day“ she suggested. “Alrighty...yep we’re in the wild” she said to herself as she remembered that they’d have to rough it. “Maybe the forest got fruits and nuts we can survive on” she jokingly remarked while pretending that she was on “Laws of the Jungle”. A sudden spark of energy filled through Ryumin’s once tired bodies as she encouraged her roommate to venture into the forest with her.
“Is there no reception at all?” Ryumin asked while holding up her cellular device. It hadn’t occurred to her that roughing it out for the event would mean loosing access to the internet or service. “Please tell me this isn’t happening. We’re basically cut off from the outside world. Haven’t you watched scary movies before? The group of travelers lost in the woods always die when they loose reception!”

“It’s time to wake up.” Miyeon snapped back in response to the other’s question. Having been woken up by the cold, the light sleeper was in an unbearable mood. If it took her being angry in order to get the tent up for the two to sleep in, so be it. As long as she didn’t have to spend another night like the first. “What do you think? We’re gonna put it up. C’mon, quickly.” She spoke sharply, rising from her spot, using her hand to gesture for Ryumin to join her. “Where did you put the instruction manual?”
Ryumin was still dazed from the early waking, causing her to stumble and squint a lot. “The manual? This thing came with a manual?” she asked half-jokingly. In due time, she spotted the flimsy paperback manual tossed on the side of their mangled tent, flipping through the first few pages.
It was incredibly difficult for the first hour. many of the pieces didn’t fit well together, and one of their tools almost fell a part. By the time they were done, Ryumin wanted to do nothing more but fall back asleep. “Aigo~ my back is killing me” she complained while turning to her roommate.

The night was difficult for both girls due to their struggle to put up their tent the night prior. Sure they’d managed to get through the night using their bags as pillows and the tent as a blanket. It was rough and it was difficult, but they’d managed. “Ryumin.” She whined, grumpy and still tired. “Ryumin, wake up!”
Ryumin was dead asleep, as usual, nothing could awaken her, especially when she was in deep sleep mode. Feeling the unbearable constant shake from Miyeon, she couldn’t help but fling her arm back. “Yah. What time is it?” she asked rubbing her eyes with her long sleeve. To her it had been freezing all night, but she didn’t want to ask Miyeon to share blankets since they got in a heated argument the day before as to setting up the tent. “What are we going to do about...that. I’m not roughing it for another night in the cold” she complained while pointing at the sad flattened tent.

Miyeon looked at the other with wide eyes. Her behavior was straining the little patience the girl had already had. Being in an enclosed space with her housemate freaking out and yelling in her ear was enough to cause Miyeon to grow anxious with the situation herself. The other’s confession had just made the air even more dry. “What?!” She shouted back in response. “You couldn’t even ask and now you confess your actions like a thief? You have no shame!”
“I’m sorry” she screamed while clinging onto her friend. She didn’t know how brave Miyeon actually was when it came to stressful situations like this. “Here, I’ll buy you a new set if you want. Any scent you want, even that new EXO hand cream set. I know you won’t say no to PCY oppa” she said encouragingly to make the girl happier.
