jaehoon shrugged, letting out a giggle. “no one says you have to give me all that attention though! that’s all up to you!” he replied, crossing his arms as he cutely pouted at his boyfriend. “most of the time?” he questioned, outraged by this. “i’m your fiance you have to love me all the time!” he spoke, shaking his head at his fiance. “maybe i just won’t marry you then! if you don’t love me at all!”

jaehoon smiled as his fiance laughed, “please what?” he teased, leaning forward to press a kiss to haru’s lips. “i just think you’re the most beautiful boy to ever exist! and i am right too! just ask anyone and they’ll agree with me! you have the perfect face!” he insisted, running a hand down haru’s cheek. “i know you do, i love you too.” he smiled, leaning down to kiss haru softly. haru didn’t even have to tell him he loved him, he just felt that love and that was the best feeling in the world. jaehoon smiled, “i’m so excited!” he squealed, leaning up to kiss haru’s cheek. “thank you for taking me to a dog cafe! you’re the best fiance a boy could ask for!” he added, hugging his fiance tightly. he really did appreciate that haru was doing this for him, he was honestly the best fiance. “i don’t really want to let go, but… okay…” he sighed, letting go and sitting down. as soon as haru sat down he reached his hand over to rest on his thigh.

“You get all pouty if you don’t get attention though.” Haru teased, returning the kiss with a smile before gently poking Jaehoon’s nose. “Do you love me all the time?” Haru replied, continuing to tease his fiance. It was cute seeing the other boy all fussy and whiny - sometimes, that is. “If you say so.” He laughed, knowing the other wasn’t being serious; he knew Jaehoon wanted to marry him. 

“You’re so silly.” Haru replied, shaking his head with a smile before returning the kiss. “You have the perfect face too, Hoonie. You’re super pretty.” He nodded, though he knew the other would just argue that he was lying. It was a fact that Haru had to live with, that Jaehoon would probably never accept that he too was beautiful. As Jaehoon kissed him, he was reminded yet again of how lucky he was to have someone like Jaehoon in his life. “You’re going to be okay with the big dogs, right?” Haru asked, hugging the other boy back before laughing. Getting into the car, he shook his head with a smile as he felt the other’s hand on his thigh. “You’re cute.” He nodded, before beginning to drive off. It was nice to have days like this, where they were able to go on simple dates without a worry.

jaehoon shrugged at his boyfriend, “well - maybe i am, but! but you’re the one who always spoils me! if i’m spoiled it’s your fault not mine, you’re the one who spoils me.” he replied, crossing his arms as he nodded to himself. “but you love me even though i’m spoiled, right?” he questioned, giggling to himself. “i’m your spoiled prince.” he commented, smiling happily. “so… will you kiss me now?” he questioned, impatiently tapping his fingers on haru’s stomach.

jaehoon shook his head, “no!” he argued, continuing to shake his head. “that’s not true! you’re the cutest boy in the universe! you’re the most beautiful and pretty and cute boy to ever exist! no one will ever be more beautiful than you!” he retorted, nodding as he finished his rambling. jaehoon shrugged, trailing his hand down to trace patterns onto haru’s thighs. “you love me despite that though, don’t  you?” he questioned, looking up at his boyfriend. he loved his boyfriend’s thighs and butt, there was no denying that. he couldn’t even try to hide that, not that he ever did try. jaehoon nodded, frowning as he let go of his fiance. he didn’t want to let go, but he decided it was best he did. because he really did want to pet the dogs and eat ice cream. he got changed into what haru had picked out, smiling as haru just knew him so well, he even knew what he’d want to wear. as soon as he’d gotten dressed and haru had too, he wrapped his arms back around his boyfriend, “do i get dogs and ice cream and attention now?” he questioned, looking up at the other.

“You’re spoiled because you demand so much attention.” Haru laughed, shaking his head with a soft smile. “But yes, I do love you. Most of the time. Maybe a little less when I’m trying to get my beauty sleep and you’re demanding attention.” He joked, before leaning over to give the other a kiss. “Happy now?”

“Hoon, please.” Haru laughed; he knew he would never be able to win when it came to conversations like this, as Jaehoon was always so adamant that Haru was the most beautiful. He didn’t really know how he had gotten engaged to the world’s most stubborn boy, but he didn’t regret it. “I do love you a lot.” Haru smiled, not even bothered by the fact that Jaehoon’s hand was on his thigh. He was used to it now, it wasn’t a big deal to him. Once Jaehoon let go, Haru took the chance to get changed before Jaehoon clung onto him again, making sure that everything was good before nodding as the other wrapped his arms around him again. Grabbing his wallet and keys, and making sure that his phone was in his pocket, Haru made his way out of the house, dragging the other along with him. “You’ll get to see the dogs soon, we’ll drive there.” He nodded, unlocking the car and opening the door for Jaehoon to get in.”

jaehoon shrugged, “i just really want your kisses!” he replied, eager to get some attention from the other. it was all he wanted, really - attention. haru always gave him lots of it, so he’d come to just expect attention from the boy. “eventually isn’t soon enough! haru please.” he continued on, pouting at the other.

jaehoon smiled widely, enjoying the attention he was getting from his boyfriend. “you’re the most beautiful boy in the world though!” he replied, giggling slightly. “i love you the most.” he grinned, smiling down at his boyfriend. “i think it does… you think my butt’s cute, you pat it all the time. the tables have turned, ahn haru. you are the one with the butt obsession now.” he replied, letting out a soft laugh. jaehoon clinged onto haru as he walked into the kitchen, not wanting to let go of the other. jaehoon sighed, tightening his grip on the other, “i know you can’t but i was deprived of attention this morning and now i’m getting that attention i rightfully deserve!” he replied, nodding. “can you get my clothes too? i’m… kind of busy over here, clinging to you.”

“You’re so spoiled, honestly.” Haru replied, shaking his head. At times it was definitely hard work trying to make Hoon happy, especially when he was demanding attention at times when Haru wasn’t able to focus on him entirely. But at the end of the day, despite how admittedly annoying Jaehoon could be, it was all worth it when Haru received just as much attention and love in return. 

“Then you must be the most beautiful boy in the universe.” He nodded, smiling at how cute the other was. “Don’t forget that it’s summer again, which means my shorts are coming out again. As much as you might argue that I have a butt obsession, you have a butt and thigh obsession. You’re even worse, you need to be controlled.” Haru joked, shaking his head with a smile. Letting out a quiet sigh, Haru shook his head once again. “It’s literally going to take me like a minute to get changed, the quicker you let go and let me get changed, the quicker you can have attention and ice cream and pet dogs.” Haru replied, hoping that it would make Jaehoon let go. Walking awkwardly to the cupboard as he tried to drag Jaehoon along, Haru picked out an outfit he had seen Jaehoon in multiple times before handing him the clothes. “Here, get changed and then we can head on out to the dog cafe. We can have breakfast there too!”

jaehoon smiled at the butt pats, enjoying the feeling of his haru’s hands on his butt. “butt pats are nice but - i want kisses!” he whined, moving  his chin resting on haru’s chest, making kiss noises at him. “in a bit? i want it now though!”

jaehoon moved his head from the crook of haru’s neck, looking up at his fiance fondly. “how are you so beautiful?” he questioned, reaching his hand up to toy with strands of haru’s hair. “i love you.” he whispered quietly, reaching up to press another kiss to haru’s lips. jaehoon smiled, returning the kiss happily. “you’re too sweet to me.” he smiled. he giggled as haru pat his butt once more, “you’re the one with the butt obsession now!” he grinned, letting out a chuckle. “really?” he questioned, practically throwing himself out of bed. he ran to haru, wrapping his arms tightly  around the boy. “i’m so excited to see the dogs!” he squealed, beyond excited for this.

“You’re so demanding.” Haru spoke, amused at how the other boy was. Jaehoon was truly spoiled, there was no doubt about it, and it was times like this where Haru was reminded of that. “You’ll get it eventually, don’t worry.”

Smiling softly, he rubbed his eyes before speaking. “I could say the same about you.” He replied, gently returning the kiss before yawning slightly. “I love you too.” He nodded before laughing. “Patting your butt twice does not equal a  butt obsession, no matter how cute your butt is.” He nodded before smiling softly at his fiance. Shuffling into the kitchen and tugging the smaller boy along with him, he decided that they could probably get breakfast at the cafe. “I know you are, sweetheart.” He spoke as he prepared the breakfast for the pets so that they wouldn’t be hungry. Pulling Jaehoon back into the bedroom, he picked out some clothes before speaking. “I can’t get changed if you’re clinging to me, Hoon.”

jaehoon whined loudly, “haru!” he continued on. enjoying the sound of his sleepy fiance’s voice, but upset that he wasn’t going to wake up any time soon. “i don’t want to leave a message, haru need to make himself available!” he pouted, crossing his arms. “he has a cute fiance on his hands that needs attention and love and also dogs!” he sighed, dramatically flopping onto his fiance once more. he continued to press sleepy kisses to his neck, finally properly giving in.

jaehoon’s mouth turned into an ‘o’ shape as haru mentioned ice cream, “okay! i’ll wait!” he excitedly replied, he wanted to go to a dog cafe but dog cafe and ice cream was a dream. jaehoon smiled as he was pulled close, he liked being close to haru. the other’s warmth was something he loved a lot. he continued to trace patterns on haru’s stomach, eventually switching it up to writing the characters for ‘love’ on the other’s skin. jaehoon smiled as he opened his eyes, pressing a gentle kiss to haru’s lips. “good morning, my beautiful boy.”

Haru couldn’t help but internally laugh at how cute Jaehoon was being. He loved his fiance so much, and pretty much everything he did was adorable in Haru’s eyes. Smiling slightly as he felt Jaehoon dramatically flop onto him once again, he simply gently patted the other’s butt before cuddling him. “You’ll get attention and love and dogs in a bit.”

Sighing happily as the other continued to trace patterns on his stomach, Haru couldn’t help but wonder how he got so lucky. He had the greatest fiance, and there wasnt a day that went by where he didn’t feel utterly loved. Jaehoon was just such a special person. Returning the kiss, Haru smiled softly as he turned to look at the beautiful boy next to him. Humming softly, he pressed another kiss to Jaehoon’s lips. “I can say the same to you.” He replied before sitting up, patting the other’s butt gently. “Come on, get up. We have dogs to pet and ice cream to eat.” He nodded, climbing out of bed and putting on his slippers so that he could go and get ready.

jaehoon pouted at the other, “but haru! you have to be awake!” he whined, wrapping his arms around haru’s neck. “i know you like sleeping and you need time to wake up, but… but i really want to go right now!” he continued, frowning as he rested his head in the crook of his neck. he sighed, “i guess i should just give up.” he muttered, shutting his eyes as he pressed light kissed to haru’s neck. 

“maybe they won’t but -” jaehoon’s voice trailed off as he spoke, “i guess you’re right… i’ll just wait.” he pouted. he didn’t want to wait, he really did not want to wait. but he wanted to make haru happy, and haru wanted to wake up properly. so jaehoon would be a good fiance and let him to that, he moved his hand to slip under haru’s shirt and trace patterns on his stomach, deciding to let haru wake up naturally at this point. he pressed a kiss to haru’s neck every so often, enjoying the warmth of his fiance. he did really want to go to the dog cafe, but he loved morning cuddling with haru.

“Sorry, Haru is currently unavailable. Please leave a message.” Haru replied, his eyes still closed and his voice thick with sleep. It was cute hearing how excited Jaehoon was, and he knew how much the other wanted to be there as soon as possible, but they had all the time in the day to go and see the dogs. A slight smile appeared on his face as he felt the kiss on his neck; his fiance was always so adorable.

“We’ll get some ice cream too if you wait.” He replied, his eyes still shut; it took him a long while to open them. Wrapping his arms around his fiance, he pulled the younger boy close and let out a happy sigh as he felt the other’s hand on his stomach. Jaehoon’s hands were always so soft, and he loved it. Eventually, after a few moments, Haru’s eyes opened slightly as he finally began to wake up properly. Pressing a kiss to his fiance’s cheek, he let out a quiet hum as one of his hands moved up to rub his eyes. “Good morning, baby.” He spoke, clearing his throat slightly.

upon waking up jaehoon turned to look at his boyfriend, pouting as he saw he was asleep. on normal days he might press a kiss or two to haru’s lips and cuddle him until he woke up, but today was not normal. today he got to go to a dog cafe, and there would be no waiting for that. he rolled over onto his boyfriend, sitting on his stomach with thighs either side of his body. “haru! haru wake up!” he exclaimed, wiggling the other in an attempt to get him to wake up. he knew haru was prone to taking ages to wake up, but today he would nod have that. he wanted to go to a dog cafe and he wanted that now. 

“haru please - i know you like taking ages to open your eyes and i normally cuddle you and kiss you until you’re ready… but! today we can’t do that, i need to be at the dog cafe right now haru!” he spoke, leaning down to press a kiss to his boyfriends lips. “i love you haru, and if you love me you will take my to the dog cafe right this second.” he continued on, lying down on top of haru with his chin resting on haru’s chest. “are you awake now?”

Haru had been enjoying the peace and tranquility of sleep; the time that he was asleep was one of his favourite times of day, where he could just relax and forget about the stresses of the day. However, a part of him had begun to low key regret offering to take his fiance to a dog cafe for a a split second the moment he felt the weight of the other boy on his stomach. 

Keeping his eyes closed, he prayed for a few extra moments of sleep but he knew that it was a lost cause; Jaehoon was too stubborn, and he was not going to stop until he opened his eyes. He had to admit, Jaehoon’s enthusiasm was cute, but he was still practically asleep and needed at least another 10 minutes to even contemplate the thought of actually going to the dog cafe. “No, I’m not. I’m still asleep.” Haru replied, his eyes still shut as he spoke. He knew Jaehoon would whine, but Jaehoon clearly knew well enough that Haru needed a few extra moments to actually wake up. “The dogs aren’t going anywhere, Hoon.”

jaehoon smiled as haru pat his head, leaning forward to press a kiss to haru’s lips. “thank you - for dealing with me. i know it mustn’t be easy but, i’m really glad i have you. you make going on planes and just everything so much easier for me.” he commented quietly, taking haru’s hands and playing with the ring on his finger. he was so grateful to have haru, and didn’t think he’d ever be able to thank him enough. jaehoon grinned, “i still need you to put your parts into it. i know i’m going all bridezilla on you and insisting everything is how i want it to be but - i still want you to have your big japanese elements in the wedding. that’s the most important thing to me!” he replied, he knew he was being a bit much, organizing everything, but he wanted haru to have a say in everything, it wasn’t about him having his extravagant, beautiful wedding, it was about him being married to haru. sometimes he forgot that - but in the end, when he was with haru just enjoying his company, he was reminded of that. “that sounds amazing! they’d love some treats!” he replied, big smile on his face. jaehoon nodded, “my older cousins. and brennon’s siblings!” he lead haru to his cousins, where they talked and got to know each other a little. jaehoon giggled, “they’d like it haru! they’re my kids of course they’d love it!” he pouted, scrunching his nose up at the other. “you’ll love them a lot! i’ll find the best slippers for you!” he smiled. jaehoon smiled shyly, “you’re the pretty one!” he replied, pressing a kiss to haru’s lips. he shut his eyes tightly for a moment, trying to keep himself awake. he didn’t want to leave until he’d finished his food. jaehoon shook his head, pointing at haru, “you’re my number one love. i love pad thai a lot - and i’d do anything for pad thai. but pad thai can’t kiss me and you can.” he spoke quietly, voice thick with sleep. jaehoon finished his burger and went back to sleepily eating his fries. “your legs are super nice.” he commented, shutting his eyes he continued to eat his fries. he simply let out a noise as haru spoke, too tired to properly respond. he found himself close to falling asleep, but his mind was focused on eating his fries.

Returning the kiss, Haru smiled softly. “Nothing in life is easy, sweetie. But you make every second worthwhile, and I love being with you.” He replied, watching the other play with his ring. Fondly, he turned to his fiance, pressing a kiss to the side of his head. “I know, I know. I don’t mind what the rest of the wedding is like, because the most important part of it is that I am going to marry you and you’re going to be my husband.” He smiled, nodding. Jaehoon definitely had taken the reigns when it came to planning their wedding, but Haru didn’t mind. Whatever made Jaehoon happy made him happy, and he had never really thought about what he had wanted in regards to a wedding in the first place anyway; besides, he knew that if there was something he didn’t like - not that there was - then Jaehoon would probably compromise with him anyway. “Hopefully I’ll be able to understand them.” Haru laughed, shaking his head. The younger cousins were cute, but he really had no idea what they were saying. “I know they will, baby. They love their precious mum.” He replied, hugging the smaller boy before poking his little nose. “I’m very excited. Haru turned to look at Jaehoon, laughing as the other pressed a kiss to his lips. “I love you.” He watched the other, knowing that Jaehoon was beginning to get really sleepy and that they were probably going to have to go home soon. “I can kiss you, that’s true. Plus I’m always here, if you want to have pad thai then I have to make it.” He nodded with a laugh before patting Jaehoon’s little legs. “Thanks, sweetheart.” He replied, before finishing off his burger too and wrapping his arms around his fiance. “Come on, lets go back to the hotel. We can bring the fries with us.” He nodded. After making sure they had everything and that the fries were safely in Jaehoon’s hands, he picked his beloved fiance up and hailed for a cab, wanting nothing more than to curl up in bed with the love of his life.

jaehoon frowned as haru muttered, “they’re not safe.” he spoke quietly in return, crossing his arms. he didn’t like planes. he’d never like planes, it was just something he’d accepted at this point. it wasn’t something he could do many times to get rid of his fear, it was something he’d simply be stuck with. jaehoon nodded, pouting at the other. he knew eventually they’d have to go home and he’d be on a plane, but he wouldn’t think about that for now. “it would… hamsters in a wedding was a bit strange anyway. do you think in our wedding we can include the pets? we can have the puppies be the ring bearers!” he grinned, letting out a soft giggle. “we can go shopping for our little kids,” he smiled, enjoying the idea. “i know they do like you! there’s no way they can’t you’re so sweet and kind!” he replied, pressing a soft kiss to haru’s lips. “they’re my kids, so i think they’d like slippers.” jaehoon shrugged, smiling at the idea of his pets wearing slippers. “i’ll make it my mission to find you some bunny slippers!” jaehon nodded, returning the kisses happily. he was sleepy, but he liked being like this with haru. all cuddled up with him while they ate - it was good. jaehoon looked up, noticing haru was watching him. “why are you looking at me?” he questioned, continuing to sleepily eat his fries, snuggling up to his boyfriend. “they taste so good, i’d really like it if you learnt how to make them! then i can have burgers all the time!” he smiled. letting out a soft happy sigh as haru rubbed his legs, “you really seem to like my legs.” he teased, smile on his face as he took another bite of his burger.

Haru decided not to drag on the conversation, instead resorting to gently patting his fiance’s head. He knew Jaehoon would be scared of getting back on the plane to go home, but it was a sacrifice he was going to have to make. “Of course we can, sweetie.” Haru smiled; he knew it wouldn’t have mattered if he had said no anyway. Jaehoon was the one organising the wedding, and if he wanted his pets to be at their wedding he would have probably brought them regardless of what Haru said. Not that he minded though, considering how much he loved their pets. “We can, we can see if there are any treats for them.” He nodded in response. “I’m glad you think so” Haru replied, returning the kiss with a smile. “Do you think theres anyone else that I should meet?” He added, tilting his head to the side slightly. “Probably, though knowing you you’d probably make them try to wear slippers anyway.” He laughed, thinking of the image of the pets trying to walk with slippers. “Of course, I’ll eagerly await my new slippers.” Haru laughed, knowing very well that Jaehoon would find a pair that fit him. Turning to look at his fiance, Haru ate a bite of his burger before pressing a kiss to the other’s temple. “Because you’re just too pretty.” He replied, smiling softly before continuing to eat his food. It was cute how sleepy Jaehoon was, and he felt slightly bad for keeping him awake to eat fast food rather than just taking him straight back to the hotel; however, it was what Jaehoon had wanted. “Is this going to replace your love for pad thai? Or is pad thai gonna be your number one love forever?” Haru teased, gently nudging the other as he drank his soda. “Your legs are cute and tiny, what can I say.” Haru smiled with a nod. “Let me know when you want to go back to the hotel.”

jaehoon nodded, pouting at the other. “i just don’t want to get on the plane, i don’t even want to think about the plane! i don’t understand why people like them! they’re death traps!” he frowned, shaking his head. he really hated planes, they were the one things he absolutely could not deal with. “that’s true… the babies aren’t used to having their parents away for so long, i wish we could’ve brought them to the wedding… hyunseung and i talked about bringing daxter and jak, but. we decided after what dax did to their brother it was best they’re nowhere near each other. plus we didn’t want to try get hamsters to america and then back to korea.” he shrugged. jaehoon nodded, “you’re their cute uncle haru! and they love you a lot, i know it!” he grinned, smiling at the other. “we can do it! we should get the babies some bunny slippers. i think they’d really like slippers.” he suggested, looking over at his boyfriend. perhaps wanting to buy your pets slippers was somewhat strange, but to jaehoon it was completely normal and fine. “your slippers are nice! but they’re not bunnies!” he shrugged, looking down at his bunny slippers. jaehoon smiled as he kissed haru back, enjoying the feeling of his boyfriend kissing him. jaehoon let out a soft sigh, “i am tired… but i want to eat my food, it looks really nice!” he nodded, putting some more fries sleepily in his mouth, “it is, it tastes really nice!” he smiled, nodding as he took another sip from the drink. jaehoon posed cutely for the photo haru took, smiling at the outcome. “i really like it!” he grinned. he picked up his burger and took a bite out of it. “i can die happily having tasted this.” he commented, smiling up at his boyfriend.

“Planes are statistically safer, though...” Haru quietly muttered, more to himself than anyone else. He knew Jaehoon was frightened, but Haru was determined to figure out a way to make sure that the flight back home was stress free for both of them. “We won’t talk about the flight home anymore, don’t worry.” Haru nodded before smiling at his fiance. “Bringing them over would have been stressful for the little babies, at least they’re at home and comfy. We can bring them some presents from America for when we come home.” He nodded, excited to see the little babies again. “I’m glad they do, it makes me happy. I just really want your family to like me.” Haru replied; it was important for him that the rest of Jaehoon’s family liked him, especially after the disaster that was meeting Jaehoon’s parents. “They’re probably find it strange wearing slippers.” Haru laughed, shaking his head at the thought. “If you can find bunny slippers that are big enough for my feet then go ahead and get some, but until then my slippers are fine.” He nodded, giving his fiance a few more kisses. “We’ll go back to the hotel and we can sleep once we’re done.” He nodded, gently kissing Jaehoon’s cheek. He could tell the other was sleepy, but at least they had a lot of time to rest the day after. Haru didn’t really want to do anything particularly special, so having a day off was a good thing. Eating a few of his fries, Haru couldn’t help but smile as he watched his fiance eat. Jaehoon was just too cute in Haru’s eyes, and it was nice to share this experience with him. “I’m glad you like it, sweetie.” He smiled, admiring the photo before putting his phone away. “I told you the burgers were really good! They’re so delicious, I love them. I’ll see if I can figure out how to make them at home.” He nodded, gently rubbing Jaehoon’s legs once again.

jaehoon would never stop insisting haru was adorable, it was just something he would never do. he couldn’t help himself, he just thought haru was the prettiest boy he’d ever seen. there was no one who could ever be more beautiful than haru, that was something jaehoon knew.his boyfriend was the cutest boy in the world, and there was no one cuter than him. “i don’t think ill be able to watch a movie while i’m in a metal death trap… you know how i was coming here! i’ve never been on a plane that long and i hated every second of it!” he pouted, “we can just stay in america. i don’t want to go on the plane home.” he shook his head, not willing to go back on a plane any time soon. jaehoon shook his head, he remembered the horrific events of the photoshoot. concealing a boner at his best friend’s photoshoot wasn’t what he wanted to do that day. “you’re the cutest uncle inn the world! how could they not love you!” he smiled, wrapping his arms aroud his boyfriend. “they are! you should get some too! and then we can have matching slippers!” he smiled, nudging the other. “i do! they’re so comfortable!” he giggled, grinning happily at his slippers. he loved his slippers a lot, they were so comfortable and he cute. he loved his little bunny slippers. jaehoon returned the kiss happily, sighing happily as his boyfriend kissed him. jaehoon let out a soft happy noise as he felt haru’s hands on his shins. “i like it when you touch my legs.” he commented quietly, voice evidently sleepy. “it is! i love it!” he smiled, picking up the milkshake to take a sip of it. he let out another happy noise, “you’re going to have to learn how to make this stuff!” he commented, smiling at his boyfriend. “okay!”

“That’s why we’ll think of something else, sweetie. Hopefully we’ll be able to get you to sleep the entire way home, it’ll be better for you that way.” Haru nodded, pressing a kiss to the top of his fiance’s head. “We have to go home, our babies are waiting for us.” He added, knowing that Jaehoon would probably want to go home to see their cute little pets. As much as he was enjoying his time in America, Haru couldn’t wait to be back at home, in his own bed. “I’m an uncle now?” Haru replied, tilting his head with an amused smile. “I’m glad they like me though, they’re such cute little kids.” Nudging his fiance back, Haru couldn’t help but smile. “We’d have to find bunny slippers big enough for my feet, I don’t know if they do bunny slippers in my size. Maybe we’d have to order some.” Haru nodded, considering having a look on the internet when they got back to their hotel room. “I like my slippers now though, they’re comfy too. And my size.” Pressing another few kisses onto Jaehoon’s lips, Haru couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with love for the younger boy. He couldn’t believe that they were so close to marriage, and that this was the boy he was going to spend the rest of his life with. Continuing to run his hands up and down Jaehoon’s shins, Haru nodded. “I know you do, sweetie. We’ll go back to the hotel soon so that you can get some sleep, you look really tired.” Haru replied, pressing a kiss to his fiance’s cheek before continuing to eat his fries. “Do you like the milkshake? I hope it tastes good.” Haru smiled, drinking his own drink as he turned to look at Jaehoon. “I’ll try my best to make this with what we have in Korea, I promise.” He nodded, wanting to make the food for himself too. Taking out his phone, he positioned it so that both of them were in the shot before allowing Jaehoon to pose however he wished and then took the photo. “Ah, this is cute.” Haru muttered quietly, admiring the photo.

jaehoon smiled, “you’re the cute one!” he replied, pressing a kiss to his fiance’s lips. he was so in love with haru, he just didn’t understand how he was so infatuated and in love with him. he’d never felt that way about anyone before, it was a refreshing feeling. he loved haru so much, it was insane to him. “resting on a plane? doesn’t sound possible. how am i meant to rest while i’m on that thing?” he questioned, letting out a soft sigh. he just didn’t understand how something like a plane could be seen as a place where he could possibly relax when he was in a metal death trap. jaehoon agreed to the second part, however, he wasn’t the type to have early nights, but in this case it sounded ideal. normally jaehoon would worry about talking about these things with a significant other, if it were sangwoo he knew he’d probably be happy he’d never eaten fast food. but it was different with haru, he felt comfortable with him. jaehoon nodded, shaking his head as he remembered when he went to a photoshoot with haru, “never again will i go to one of your photoshoots…” he shook his head, letting out a slight laugh. “they like you! they’ve made that very clear.” he smiled, shaking his head. “i was really spoiled, and i loved every second of it!” he grinned, he loved being spoiled by haru, it was one of his favourite things. “i like my slippers a lot! i think they’re super cute!” he smiled, looking down at them. he giggled as haru played with the ears of his slipper, smiling fondly. jaehoon let out a soft sigh as he felt haru rubbing his waist, he rested his head in haru’s shoulder, tired from the days events, but ready to eat. jaehoon sat himself next to haru, sleepily putting his legs atop haru’s and cuddling into his side. “i’m excited!” he grinned, picking up some fries and eating them. he let out a soft sigh, “this is what heaven tastes like.”

Returning the kiss, Haru couldn’t help but laugh. Jaehoon’s insistence that Haru was the cuter one was ridiculously adorable in his eyes, and Haru couldn’t understand how he had gotten so lucky. “We’ll figure something out, don’t worry. We can watch movies or something, or we can try and help you sleep the entire way.” Haru nodded, gently rubbing the other’s sides. He knew Jaehoon was afraid of planes, and he was glad that the other had managed to fly all the way to America for his brother’s wedding; however, there was of course the issue of going back home. Haru would figure something out to soothe his fiance’s fears, even if it meant making Jaehoon take a sleeping pill so that the other boy would hopefully sleep for the majority - if not all - the flight. Haru let out a laugh at the memory, shaking his head. He remembered how disastrous it had been for Jaehoon, and he didn’t blame Jaehoon for not wanting to go back. It didn’t bother Haru whether or not his fiance came to see him at photoshoots, but the memory was a funny one. It was even funnier when he remembered that that was a time when Jaehoon still denied that he had feeling for boys, and in hindsight the thought was amusing considering he was going to marry a boy. “I’m glad they do.” He smiled, kissing Jaehoon’s nose. “We’ll have to see what we can do for your birthday this year, then.” He added, even though Jaehoon’s birthday was half a year away. “I like them too, they look very comfy.” Haru nodded, poking the nose of the bunny before looking at Jaehoon. “You have the comfiest feet in this entire wedding, everyone should be jealous of you.” He grinned, pressing a kiss to Jaehoon’s lips. Haru gently rested a hand on the other boy’s legs as they sat down to eat, gently running his hand up and down Jaehoon’s shins; he knew the other boy was tired, it had been a really long day. “The milkshake is pastel pink too, so I knew you’d probably like it.” Haru nodded, beginning to eat the fries too with a happy sigh. “I agree, these fries are  so good. We should take a picture to remember how good this is!”

jaehoon grinned as haru spoke, “i love you more!” he replied excitedly. haru meant so much to the other, it was insane to him. he’d do basically anything for his fiance, he loved him more than he thought he’d ever be able to love someone. he happily returned the kiss, enjoying the feeling of haru’s lips on  his. “yes! i’d love it!” he grinned, excited. “ah - yeah, of course… i’m not excited to experience that… but i’ll have my pretty fiance to look after me, won’t i?” he giggled, nudging the other. “milkshake? i think brennon made me a milkshake once, it was good! i just want to try everything there!” he excitedly grinned, he was super excited to get to experience fast food. he’d never had it before, and was terribly excited to eat some fast food. especially since the request excited haru so much, it was all so exciting for him. “we are busy, busy taking care of puppies and cuddling.” he smiled, pressing a kiss to haru’s lips. the kids were all busy talking over each other, excited about haru possibly coming to see them. “it was the best birthday i’ve ever had!” he smiled, nodding. “i just love my slippers so much.” he replied, looking down at his bunny slippers. he looked terribly strange, pink suit and fluffy bunny slippers. but it didn’t matter to him, his feet were comfy and that was all that mattered. jaehoon nodded, “they’re so comfy!” he excitedly replied, hugging his fiance tightly. jaehoon nodded, “okay! let’s get that! it sounds good! i trust your judgement, i’ve never had fast food before.”

“You’re too cute.” Haru smiled, unable to fathom how someone could be so precious and cute. He simply loved his fiance so much, and seeing him so excitable and happy made him happy too. “Of course, sweetie. As long as we get a lot of rest on the plane back home, we should be okay. Besides, we can just have early nights for a few days until our bodies get used to Korean time again.” Haru nodded, laughing softly as his fiance nudged him. He would always take care of Jaehoon, no matter what; even when it came to silly things like jet lag. “Milkshakes are really delicious, you’ll like them a lot. It’ll be so much fun!” He grinned. It felt a bit weird having this type of conversation with someone who was 20 years old, but he knew what Jaehoon’s childhood had been like. At least he could experience another first with Jaehoon, which was exciting. “I have photoshoots too!” Haru added, returning the kiss. He was content with how their life was, being able to come home from a long and tiring photoshoot to a house full of warmth and love was something he would never get tired of. “I’m surprised that they’re all so excited to see me in Jeju.” Haru spoke, turning to look at the other boy with a surprised look on his face. “I’m glad you liked your birthday so much though, baby. You were really spoiled that week, first your birthday and then Christmas!” He smiled, squeezing Jaehoon’s hand cutely before looking down at the other boy’s slippers too. “They’re cute, they suit you a lot.” He replied, pressing a soft kiss to Jaehoon’s cheek. “They’re adorable just like you, I like your slippers.” He laughed, gently reaching down to play with one of the ears of the bunny slippers. Nodding, Haru moved towards the till, placing their order in English as he gently rubbed the side of Jaehoon’s waist. After paying and receiving their food, he led Jaehoon to a quiet corner so they could sit and eat. “I got you a strawberry milkshake with your cheeseburger, I hope that’s okay.” He explained, handing his fiance his food before beginning to eat his own.

jaehoon smiled, “you’re so nice to me! even considering getting a new puppy is so nice! i’m so lucky to have you.” he exclaimed, very happy to be with haru. haru was always so good to him, it was amazing to him, how he’d managed to get so lucky and end up with someone like haru. “dog cafe?” he smiled, face lighting up. “we have to go to a dog cafe, and soon!” he grinned, excited by the idea of going to something like a dog cafe. jaehoon nodded, “i’ve been dieting since i was a child actor, so i’ve never really had much fast food like that. i eat takeaways but never things like this. i’ve had soda though, i love soda! that’s the one thing in the fast food family i have had lots of!” he explained, shrugging. “but i really want to try! people always tell me how good fast food is, so i’m excited to try some!” he smiled, truly excited to be trying some fast food. the kids all excitedly clapped, “come to jeju soon! like - just come on the plane with us! and make a cake as soon as we get there!” one of the younger ones suggested, not understanding that haru couldn’t just leave on a plane to jeju whenever they pleased, “they all want penguin cakes, but i’m the only one with a penguin cake.” he smiled, shaking his head. jaehoon rushed to hug his fiance tightly, “you brought my slippers!” he exclaimed, taking his dress shoes of messily and replacing them with his nice bunny slippers. “i love you so much! you know me so well!” he grinned, leaning up to kiss his boyfriend. jaehoon shrugged, he’d never been to a fast food place. he leaned into haru’s side, and looked up at the other for help. “i’ve never been to a fast food place, i wouldn’t have the faintest clue of what to order.”

“I love you a lot, sweetie.” Haru smiled, pressing a little kiss to Jaehoon’s lips. He thought it was so sweet how happy Jaehoon was about their relationship, it made him feel good knowing that the happiness and love he was feeling was mutual. “How about we go to one when we go back to Korea? After we get over the jetlag of course, I don’t think I could handle going out with jetlag.” Haru crinkled his nose at the thought of his impending doom in regards to his jet lagged, messed up sleeping pattern, but he knew that he would just have to deal with it when the time comes. “What about a milkshake?” Haru asked, knowing that his fiance would probably like the milkshakes that were available; Jaehoon did drink a lot of chocolate milk, after all. “You’ll be a changed man after night, that’s for sure. I’m already hungry thinking about having fast food later.” He laughed, excited to get burgers with his fiance later on. Smiling at the cuteness of Jaehoon’s cousins, Haru felt like he had truly been accepted by the small kids. “We’ll see, maybe Jaehoon and I will come back to Jeju soon. We’re busy adults!” He smiled, finding it cute how desperate they were for penguin cakes. “I made you a lot of penguin themed snacks that day. It took me all night.” Haru laughed, looking back on the day fondly. Grinning at how cute the other boy was, Haru nodded. “I did, I knew you’d like it. Plus I know how much of a tired little baby you can be, so I brought them.” He explained, carefully placing Jaehoon’s dress shoes into his bag so that he wouldn’t forget them. “I love you too, are your little feet comfy now?” Haru smiled, returning the kiss. Looking at Jaehoon with a soft smile, Haru turned his attention back to the menu with a smile. “How about a cheeseburger and some fries? You can’t really go wrong with that. I think I might get a cheeseburger too, they’re really delicious at this place. Whenever I came to America on vacation we’d always eat cheeseburgers from this chain.”

jaehoon smiled, he was glad he had a boyfriend who treated him as well as haru did. he honestly could treat him terribly and jaehoon would still think he was the best fiance in the world. but he treated him terribly well, and because of that he was extremely thankful. he never wanted to be without his beloved fiance. he made him feel so safe and protected, he really loved his fiance so very much. “i’m going to hope it’s a yes.” he grinned, pressing a kiss to haru’s lips once more. “i’m happy with the animals we have right now. i just like puppies a lot. but it’s okay if we don’t get more!” he nodded, not wanting haru to feel pressured to say yes. he was completely fine with the animals they had now, and if they don’t get another pet he’d be okay with that. “i’m really excited! i’ve rarely even had fries, i’m excited for that too! i’ll finally be able to experience what proper fast food is like!” he smiled, terribly excited. the cousins excitedly clapped their hands as jaehoon translated for them, they were all extremely excited to show haru where they played. they started loudly talking over each other, all wanting to explain their favourite places to play. jaehoon smiled as haru spoke, his birthday was a very fond memory. “penguin cake!” they all exclaimed, “i want a penguin cake for my birthday!” one of them spoke, looking towards their parents. jaehoon smiled, “i think you’ve got the little kids asking their parents for penguin cakes now.” he giggled, shaking his head. jaehoon shrugged a little, “kind of, yeah.”

“For now, its a maybe. Its not a no, but its not a yes either.” Haru replied with a smile, returning the kiss. “You’re too cute, honestly. Even if we don’t get another puppy, we can always go to dog cafes for your dose of extra puppies.” He laughed, knowing that his fiance would love being surrounded by lots of dogs. Jaehoon’s love for animals was cute, even though the younger boy did prefer tiny and cute animals. It was endearing though in Haru’s eyes. “You’ve barely experienced fries?” Haru replied in slight shock; he knew that the other had only eaten healthy food for a long time, but he was surprised that it was to such an extent that he had barely experienced fast food. “You can have a soda too, we can go all out on the fast food experience.” Haru grinned, excited purely because of how excited Jaehoon was. Haru was glad that Jaehoon was beginning to try new things, and Haru couldn’t wait to show his fiance to a world of delicious treats that the boy probably never tried before. “When Hoonie and I come back to Jeju, I’ll make a really delicious penguin cake for you all!” Haru grinned, knowing that the little kids would love it. He noted that this was probably his fate; the kids would probably end up wanting him to bake a cake every time he saw them now, but it was a small price to pay to get more of Jaehoon’s family to like him. “Its a revolution, penguin cakes for all.” Haru laughed before muttering a quick “stay here” and rushing off to get his bag, returning with Jaehoon’s bunny slippers in hand. “Here you go, this is the special surprise!” He grinned, giving the slippers to his fiance. It was later that night when he found himself at the first fast food restaurant he could find, his arm wrapped around Jaehoon’s waist. Looking at the other boy, he offered a small smile. “Do you see anything that you want to try? Just let me know and I’ll order it for you.” He spoke, squeezing his fiance slightly.

jaehoon appreciated the fact that haru found him so beautiful. he didn’t agree with it so much, but it was still greatly appreciated. he really loved his fiance, but he strongly thought that he was only pretty with makeup. he knew haru wouldn’t agree, but haru hadn’t seen the ugliest sides of jaehoon yet. jaehoon had lived with the same face for 20 years, he knew how ugly he could get. jaehoon shrugged, “i don’t agree.. but thank you anyway.” he shrugged. jaehoon smiled hopefully at haru, half of him was kidding but the other half was genuinely curious as to whether haru would get him another dog or not. he’d gotten him two already, so what harm would one more do. “really!” he smiled, glad haru hadn’t said no to him. he leaned forward to press a long and soft kiss to haru’s lips, “you’re the best fiance.” he smiled. jaehoon laughed slightly as he saw haru’s expression, he knew haru wouldn’t have expected this request, but he didn’t expect him to react like this. it was all very cute to him though, haru was adorable. “i’m excited! i hope it’s all i’ve dreamt of since i was a young kid!” he giggled. the kids excitedly nodded as jaehoon translated, all offering to show him around jeju and show him where they played, which of course jaehoon translated back for haru. their faces turned to one of awe as jaehoon translated the last sentence. they all excitedly begun repeating ‘penguin’ all amazed by this story haru had come up with.

Hugging Jaehoon tightly, he could take a pretty good guess as to what the other boy was thinking. He knew that the other boy didn’t think he was pretty, but Haru knew that he had plenty of time - the rest of his and Jaehoon’s life together - to change that. “You don’t have to thank me, its the truth.” Haru replied fondly, a soft smile on his lips. “Its not a yes but its not a no either. We’ll have to see.” Haru replied, not wanting Jaehoon to expect a dog now. He knew that he would probably end up getting the boy another dog, but he wanted to make sure that Jaehoon was ready for the responsibility of looking after not only a cat and a hamster, but also three dogs. Returning the kiss, Haru couldn’t help but smile at the younger boy. He loved Jaehoon so much, and he was really proud to have him as his fiance. “We’ll get the best burgers, I promise. You’ll absolutely love it, and we can get really great fries too!” He grinned, excited at the thought of being able to share this experience with Jaehoon - it was only a simple thing, but he was really happy that Jaehoon was clearly getting better. Smiling at the small children, Haru couldn’t help but absolutely adore them. They were all so happy, and Haru felt like you could definitely tell that they were related to his fiance. “I’d love to see the places where you play!” He grinned, knowing it would make the youngsters happy. A laugh escaped his lips at their reaction; Haru hadn’t expected them all to get so excited about his fake penguin story, but he figured that now he would have to keep it up so that they would stay happy. “Do you guys like penguins? Your cousin Jaehoon really likes penguins, I made him a penguin birthday cake.” He laughed, remembering his fiance’s penguin themed birthday party. Turning to Jaehoon, he gently squeezed his hand before looking at him. “Are you tired?”

jaehoon grinned, “i love you more!” he replied, scrunching his noe at the other. he loved kisses, though more specifically, he loved haru’s kisses. kisses from anyone else would simply not do, if they weren’t from his fiance, he didn’t want them. jaehoon shrugged, “i’m not that pretty! really, you know what i look like in the mornings… you know i’m not that pretty without styling my hair and makeup!” he pouted, shaking his head. he didn’t believe he was that pretty, it was something he’d probably never believe, he’d accepted that at this point. there was no point in trying to convince himself he did think he was pretty, it just made it worse. jaehoon happily returned the kiss, enoying the feeling of haru’s lips on his. “and you’ll always be my knight in shining amour.” he replied, pressing a kiss to haru’s nose. “speaking of fur babies…. you love me and want me to be happy, right?” he questioned his boyfriend, giving him a moment to reply. “if you love me and want me to be happy, then you’ll let me get another puppy.” he grined cheekily. “before we go to the hotel can we get bugers? i want to try a true american fast food burger! i’ve never had a buger before.” he smiled. the small kids clapped their hands as jaehoon translated for them, “we all live in jeju!” one of them exclaimed, causing jaehoon to giggle. “he wants you to know they all live in jeju.” he smiled, shaking his head as he thought the kids had already established they were from jeju. “japan! it’s in like - antartica!” one of the kids spoke, smiling with themselves. this caused jaehoon to burst out laughing, burrying his face into his and haru’s intertwined hand. “this kiddo seems to think japan is in antartica.” he translated for haru, giggling to himself.

Haru shook his head with a smile as Jaehoon continued to deny his beauty; to him, Jaehoon’s beauty was so natural and flawless. He personally felt like Jaehoon didn’t need any makeup to be absolutely stunning in his eyes, but he knew the other liked wearing it. Every morning he couldn’t help but fall in love all over again when he woke up to his fiance’s angelic face. “You’re beautiful at all times, makeup or not.” He replied, hugging his fiance tightly. A small laugh escaped his lips as he felt Jaehoon kiss his nose, gently swaying the boy along with the music. “Mmm.” Haru replied to Jaehoon’s question, tilting his head to the side as he continued to gently sway his fiance. A smile appeared on his face as he heard Jaehoon’s demand; he should have known by now that that was what the younger would have wanted. He knew Jaehoon loved dogs, and he loved dogs too, but he was wary of having too many animals in the house. Thinking for a moment, Haru looked down at his fiance before pressing a kiss to his forehead. “We can discuss it when we’re back in Korea.” He replied, hoping the answer would suffice for now; after all, it wasn’t a definite no. However, it was the second request that was a complete surprise. He hadn’t been expecting Jaehoon to want to try any type of fast food whilst they were in the US, especially since Jaehoon was still recovering. A proud expression appeared on his face as he nodded, hugging Jaehoon even tighter. “Of course we can, baby. I’ll make sure that you get the tastiest burger in America, it’ll be great.” He smiled, excited to see how much his fiance had progressed and improved since he had been released from the hospital. Haru couldn’t help but smile at the sound of Jaehoon laughing; it was the cutest thing, and he was always so happy to see the smaller boy happy and content. “Maybe we’ll see you all when Hoonie and I visit Jeju again!” He grinned, finding the kids to be absolutely adorable. Haru couldn’t help but laugh along with Jaehoon as the other burst into laughter, gently squeezing his hand. He didn’t know what was so funny, but Jaehoon’s laughter was just infectious. “Oh, definitely. Every day when I went to school I used to get pulled along on a sled by my family’s pet penguins.” He grinned, deciding to humour the little kids.
