To provoke me is a horrible, horrible, mistake.
I don’t mind not getting a happy ending if it means ——————–
you get yours.

Thank you for loving me when I still tasted of heartache and war.

MY MUSE IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT
Please keep in mind that, however hard my muse may argue something or however confidently they make a statement, they can be wrong. It’s my muse’s opinion, and my muse talking, and their perception is skewed. Do not feel like everything out of my character’s mouth is the truth, or that I’m godmodding.
the real reason hawke is off put by the qunari: they’re bigger than him and he’s not used to people being bigger than him
Magic is what you make it; it can be dangerous and deadly or it can be mystical and beautiful.

…how come mages don’t speak up around red lyrium?
if unprocessed lyrium can kill mages, and too much lyrium can damage mages just a smidgen more than it can templars– don’t you think it’d be very noticeable to see that mages are outright uncomfortable?
–For humans and elves, direct contact with lyrium ore produces nausea, blistering of the skin, and dementia. Mages are the most affected by exposure to lyrium, as even close proximity to the substance is invariably fatal to them.
–Red lyrium is described as being an anti-magic substance, an opposite force to regular lyrium.
–Mages have additionally been known to suffer physical mutation. According to Vivienne, anything that increases the capacity of a mage’s magic (such as lyrium) creates a damaging effect on the body. For mages, this is known as mana imbalance. Some adverse effects of mana imbalance may include conscious dreaming in the Fade (such as those experienced during the Harrowing), periods of dizziness, and hearing voices. Unlike templars, mages are able to recuperate from the adverse effects.
i keep thinking about this and it’s really getting to me but you know bio-lore never keeps up with itself.

you make the mistake thinking this is about music
“Fenris! We’re finally reunited!”
“It would have happened sooner if someone gave clear directions to this place.”
“Eh? But I wrote it out in my last letter: Let’s meet at A Non-Descript Tavern on the road to Ostwick!”
“Hawke.”
;’) A very sketchy sequel to this.

Talking like that, one would think Hawke just wanted to see him in his clothing for reasons other than a change in color. Even if those thoughts weren’t bouncing around in the champion’s head, those images were surely bouncing around in his own head now. Maybe he could…no, stop thinking like that this instant. Hawke is just offering to share some hand-me-downs.
Like a nice guy.
Just a nice guy.
“We’ll see when we get there.” That’s neither a yes or a no, so that’s something, at least. “Impress me and I might take you up on that offer.”
Fenris just went from declining his offer to a we'll see. Hawke wasn't entirely convinced that he was so against the idea after all. He didn't bother trying to mask that little spark of glee the elf just gave him.
“I can do that.”
Whatever 'that' actually was. Hawke was confident he could find some way to impress him. Because Fenris always provided that chance – he always seemed to listen, no matter how ridiculous Hawke could get.
Rounding the final corner to his family estate, Hawke was eager to get inside where it had to be cooler than outside. The moment the door was open, he took long strides inside and already began to peel off his armour as he made for the stairs.
“Merciful Andraste, it's so much better in here. Now my brain isn't baking, let's get to work. My goal today is to get you out of that armour, so! Impress you how...?”
