Not me creeping back onto Tumblr months into recovery so I can feel bad again and stop eating
Reasons to starve myself today:

Here's the scientific formula to work out how many calories you burned while exercising:
Duration of the exercise (minutes) ×MET of the activity×your weight (kg) ×3.5
Then you divide the answer of the above calculations by 200
The MET is the metabolic equivalent of the exercise you're doing, so Google the METs of the exercise you're doing and sub the number into the formula
Here's an example of an hour of intense boxing:
60×7.8×53.3×3.5= 87 305,4
87 305,4 ÷ 200= 436 calories burned

VERY LOW CALORIE MEALS
These are a few of my low-calorie meals when I’m doing a high restriction diet:
1. Cabbage Broth
100g of raw cabbage 20 cal
1 tsp mild curry spice mix 1 cal
1/4 tsp salt 0cal
Just boil it for about 15 minutes and allow it to cool. This meal really mimics the flavour of a calorie-dense meal because of the spice mix. I usually eat it about 2 hrs before I go to bed so that my stomach doesn’t feel empty before I sleep.
Total cal: 21 calories
2. Green Beans with French-Mustard dressing
This meal sounds scary, but the dressing is actually very low calorie. I found it in a Jamie Oliver book and modified it a bit.
250g of green string beans 35 cal
1 tblsp balsamic vinegar 14 cal
1/2 tsp crushed garlic 2 cal
1/2 tsp dijon mustard (Please, not that fake, sugary yellow shit) 5 cals
1/4 tsp salt 0 cals
Steam the green beans from 7 minutes, they need to be cooked enough but still crunchy, otherwise you’ll just have soggy bean salad0
mix everything else to make the dressing. put the beans into a dish and chuck the dressing over them. Then just toss it until the dressing has coated all the beans.
Total cal: 56 calories
3. Raw Crunch Meze with Hummus
I’m Greek, which means all of our cultural dishes are fatty, sugary and full of carbs. This platter is low-calorie and passes the Greek test at large family gatherings, where not eating is not an option, unless you want to be written out of family inheritance.
2 Bell Peppers (Red/Yellow) 12 cal
200g Cucumber 20 cal
2 medium-size carrots 50 cal
Cut up the vegetables and lay them on a small platter or a nice plate (Making it look pretty makes you fuller faster)
For the Hummus:
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas in brine 105 cal
1 tsp tahini 30 cal
Microscopic drop of olive oil 10 cal
2 tsp crushed garlic 8 cal
salt to taste 0 cal
Paprika for seasoning 0 cal
Dump all those ingredients into a food processor or blender and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Keep it on the fridge and snack on it throughout the day
Total cal: 235 calories
4.Sweet cravings
32 pieces of Reeses Pieces: 150 cal
Switch with sugar: 96 cal
I just want to cut all the fat off of my body
I'm not eating anymore
The next 72 hours is going to be water only. I can't be fat anymore
