We're starting a new diet on Monday. And I'm gonna try for a planet fitness subscription when I get paid
Spicy Noodles (90 calories)
These noodles are spicy and filling. I was very hungry this morning, but really don’t like eating a lot early in the day. This helped a lot. Super fast, made in about 15-20 minutes.
1 tsp Knorr Caldo con sabor de pollo bouillon (5)
1 tsp onion powder (0)
1 package miracle noodle fettuccine (5)
1 tbs PB2 (30)
5 baby carrots (10)
1 small zucchini (20)
1 small portobello (20)
1 tbsp Sriracha (0)
Water
Salt
*Drain and rinse noodles. Boil for 25 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
*Chop zucchini, carrots, and portobello. Add to pan on medium heat with 4-5 tbsp water pre-mixed with Knorr bouillon powder. Cover and let veggies steam for 1-2 minutes, then remove lid and allow water to evaporate.
*Add noodles to pan and toss to warm them.
*Mix onion powder, PB2, salt, and Sriracha with 2 tbsp water, add to pan and toss again. Cook until excess water has evaporated, and noodles and veggies are coated and sticky with mixture, but not runny or dry.
Been doing intermittent fasting all week, today was a metabolism boost today, but I ate too much, purged it back up. Except my stomach bile was so acidic it hurt so bad.

Monday: Started the day with yoga, 5000 steps.
Tuesday: Badminton in morning, 10 minute run during lunch, 4000 steps so far. Will update later, planning to just go to gym later :')))
I'll work out tonight at my grandparents. This is what I'm gonna try to do
100 crunches
100 squats
100 lunges (100 each leg)
100 sit ups
100 russian twists
100 leg lifts
100 high knees (100 each leg)
3 one minute planks
I'll try to repeat this at least 3 times, at most 7 times. I'm gonna try to calculate the amount of calories it will burn

And I hope to God I starve to death, but im so fat that I don't think it'd happen.
