In total i consumed 0 cals today. I’ve been fasting for almost 20 hours now and will keep at it until tomorrow when i eat lunch:) i didn’t really exercise. I’m kinda dehydrated. Gonna drink a big bottle of water now to fill myself up, since my stomach is growling. But it’s such a good feeling. That’s how i know I’m doing it right!

And feeling empty >>> being full!

I’ve been posting a lot on tumblr today and i will do as much as i can! I’m gonna try and do daily logs for at least 50 days since I’m following the abc diet.

Can’t wait to be thinspo again.
