I finally got around to making a bingo card for the Hundred Line before the game releases soon. This was a bigger pain to make than I expected it to be, so sorry if it doesn’t look that good.

I’m especially wondering what’s going on with the Moko and Invader Commander ones. I’m also wondering if the pyramid one takes place in the Last Defense room or somewhere else.
So the embargo for Hundred Line reviews was lifted. This means there has been new footage/screenshots released. Here are some I really like or find interesting in particular (spoilers obviously).
This is just a small thing, but I’ve always wondered what kind of weapon Yugamu had. Yesterday, I found out that his weapon is a katar. It’s a type of punching sword/push dagger that originated from India).
In everyone's Report Card profiles (the things listing their likes and dislikes and the works), they have a unique kanji behind them, so I decided to take a crack at figuring them out. (note that my knowledge of Japanese is very limited, so I relied on my knowledge of looking up kanji, and looked up the meaning in dictionaries)
Takumi: 失敗 (failure)
Takemaru: this one was so hard to read because he's so damn big that he almost entirely covers the 2nd kanji, the first says 爆 (bomb), and i think the second says 走, together making 爆走 (racing noisily, e.g. in a car, or a motorcycle)
Shizuhara: 虐殺 (slaughter/massacre)
Darumi: 魔法 (magic)
Eito: 幸運 (good luck)
Tsubasa: 改造車 (remodelled car/custom car)
Gaku: 家事 (housework or family affairs)
Ima: 超能力 (psychic ability)
Kako: 神秘 (mystery)
Shouma: 盾 (shield)
I think a lot of them relate either to their personalities or to their abilities. But others... are less clear (Takumi what does that mean. What does that mean.)

I remember seeing someone ask what was inscribed on the Hematomorphic Infusion Blades (the Hemoanima Infusers), so I had a look back at the Finishing Blow.
On the blade itself, it says 雫原 比留子, aka Hiruko Shizuhara's own name written in the Japanese. What's said on the hilt is unintelligible.
Thankfully, there's another, clearer example of it.
The one Sirei gives Takumi, likewise, has his name (澄野 拓海) on the blade, and has a clear view of the hilt! Which has his 'number', 零 (0, which is its own set of questions considering everyone else has a regular number, but I digress). Therefore, we can deduce that the one on Shizuhara's hilt is 貳 (2)
Deciphering the invaders' language in the Hundred Line demo
After playing the hundred line demo recently, I gathered up any screenshots I could of the script the invaders use and I believe I've managed to decode all of it so far, so I wanted to share my findings here! I'll put the rest under the cut for anyone who wants to avoid it—I don't think anything I've translated so far would reveal any huge plot twists, but the game certainly doesn't expect you to be able to understand it.
Note: I'm aware that the demo has been datamined and there is plaintext of these lines, but I do not want corrections or confirmation based on this. I like piecing this together based on what the game has presented, nothing more!
Below the cut: translations of dialogue and UI text, character charts and other observations, and an analysis of the spoken language as well! (warning: long)
First things first, this language is a very straightforward kana-only Japanese in a different script. I started with the text under each main menu option, so let's look at these:

Another sticking point here—the text on settings and gallery are actually switched. One danger of putting a fake language in your game is that you risk not being able to read it and messing it up in places (hi Metaphor), and though it's not really critical, this is not the only goof so far. (EDIT: This has been patched!)
Note that the smaller characters here are are reflected in the script as well, like the っ in せってい.
Cutscene dialogue
The subtitles for our commander's transformation cutscene, and a rough translation:

This was the section I struggled the most with, so there could be inaccuracies, but I'm reasonably confident in most of it.

And that's about everything we have so far! Here are my very janky kana charts, one for the script and one for the spoken language:
The most obvious observation is that the general shape seems to indicate the vowel sound, and the extra swoopy bits indicate the consonant, though some vowels are more consistent than others.
There's a general pattern among each consonants as well—N-shapes have loops or curls, S-shapes have angular lines that hook over the vowel shape, pure vowels have tiny loops, etc, but there aren't clear-cut enough patterns to extrapolate the rest of the language yet. Luckily I think there's enough so far that any remaining characters won't be too hard to place.
Let's talk about the spoken component as well! Notably, the commander is dubbed differently in English and Japanese, but both voice actors seem to be reading the same set of syllables, which gave me more sample data to work with, because they inflect their vowels a little differently. Like the written language, each kana has a 1:1 replacement syllable, but the nature of these syllables changes the cadence of the sentences when spoken.
The above chart is transcribed to the best of my ability, but it's possible I got a few sounds wrong, and I can't quite make out what the tsu in chitsujo is through the voice filter. I'm considering replaying the demo with the music and sound effects off to pick these voice lines out, and if I do, I'll edit this post and drop a reply noting it! There are also some unsubbed battle voice lines I'm curious about.
What's really interesting to me is how these new syllables interact with dakuten. Plenty of unvoiced consonants are replaced with voiced ones, or the other way around—but there are a few, like ta (now tu) and te (now se). When the Japanese script uses dakuten, the new syllables get voiced too, becoming du and ze. This tripped me up a bit, and it does cause some confusing duplicates (ku is already pronounced du), but it's fascinating that it bleeds through into the new pronunciation.
One other thing I noticed when analyzing these voice lines is that the English dub of the transformation cutscene straight up uses the wrong audio clip for the final line. The Japanese audio matches the syllable count, and those syllables match up with the ones we've heard in the other voice lines, but the English line seems to have too many syllables, and doesn't match at all. JP starts with "diduwa..." and EN starts with something like "mozoku en." I'm wondering if it's possible to reverse engineer this to figure out the original line, but that's another thing that would need scrutiny from a voice-only recording.
Misc. Observations
These little guys have the character for "o" on their faces! Also pronounced "ga" in the invaders' language.
I'm really intrigued by this graffiti on the walls when Takumi chases Karua into the abandoned school district, because this game is full of Japanese graphic text in the environments, so this can't be a case of generic unreadable background text—but it doesn't quite fit the invader script, either. A few shapes sort of match the characters if you rotate or invert them different ways, but I can't parse anything readable out of this. There are repeated shapes, like the topmost "word" in the first two images that appears to be the same, but written with slightly different strokes, so I have to assume there's meaning to it. Not sure what that is, but I wanted to include it in this post just in case.

So essentially we've seen six(sevenish) commanders so far, the dragon is in the demo, and the others can be found teased in the story trailer, but for ones with more detailed looks, I'll list where the additional footage came from. I'll keep everything besides the dragon under a cut, for those who want to avoid spoilers.
First commander was seen as far back as the first Nintendo Direct Trailer! Most info comes from the demo though. Visually resembles a dragon, and here some important characteristics consistent between designs get established; bone-like armor, red eye markings, the halo, the claws, and the black shadowy stuff that appears to be the main 'skin'.
We've seen the humanoid form, and know the name, plus we know from this one that commanders, even in their monstrous forms, bleed red blood.
Next up is the Staff Commander, which is why I say we've seen seven-ish commanders, because this one appears to have the ability to clone itself. It was first seen in the teaser trailer, but most information we know comes from the gameplay systems trailer.
There's two designs associated with this commander, the one with the large 'dress', meaning some can have cloth-like elements, and the one with the armored tail.
In the gameplay systems trailer we see multiple of the latter kind trying to do a pincer attack on the LDA, but since the design is so similar and their hp is significantly lower at 6 compared to the larger one's 35, I'm assuming they're cloned forms, or something.
From the Noisy Pixel video, I suspect this to be the commander's humanoid form, since all characters present in the battle footage are here, and it's night time
Next is mostly from the Noisy Pixel Video, but also seen in the story trailer: the Whale Commander.
This one is fought alongside the second squad and has a ton of health(50), but it's also seen flying above the battlefield at certain points, possibly being the cause for the egg-like objects seen in the fight. We've not seen any human form.
Next: The Warrior Commander, seen in the Noisy Pixel Video and the Story Trailer. It's also in the game's key art.
We haven't actually seen this one in battle, but it seems to attack the SLDA and it may be the strongest commander. It has the most humanoid design of the bunch, as well as a different Halo design.
Now for the ones with no extra footage, these ones are only seen in the story trailer:
The Double Scythes Commander, seen near the start of the trailer who has very little bone armor.
And this... Glowing ball commander seen in the montage of deaths in the latter half. This one seems to be making shadowy copies of the SDU.
In addition, this is Moko seemingly corrupted by some sort of Invader power, seen in the ExtremeXDespair Trailer. I'm not sure if these two are linked, even though the shadowy forms are also visible in this shot.
