This water meter was originally installed 1 inch from the ground. When Epcor came to do an upgrade they couldn’t even work on it for lack of room, and the shut off valve did not work. Due to the foundation moving and pressing down on the drainage, there was a severe back grade. This house suffered back ups every few months, with a little hard work! They will no longer have this problem. #drainage #backgrade #plumbing #yegplumbing

Improper repairs and no maintenance can be dangerous. We arrived to this home and thought a bomb was going off as someone installed the wrong style of pilot burner.
