Danish Diet Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 grapefruit + 1 black coffee

1st Day of the Danish Diet (again) Breakfast: 1 dark coffee + 1 toast + 3 boiled eggs Lunch: 1 dark coffee + 1 banana + 2 boiled eggs Dinner: vegetable salad (lettuce & cucumber w/lemon) + 3 boiled eggs
bleh.
So I was doing super well on the Danish Diet, until my friend kinda broke up with the guy that she was not dating...they just ended everything and she was feeling down, so we went to have a huuugeee meal. I figured it was okay to break the diet, if my friend really needed me. So I am restarting the diet, but I found a different version, and I will be trying that one from now on.
I want her bodyyyy!
Denmark Diet Day 2
Today went well, except for the fact that the plain yogurt tasted HORRIBLEEEEE!!! Other than that it was okay, I just get really hungry at night, but I just brush my teeth and drink a lot of water to kill all temptations. It's kinda sad, how badly I look forward to eating the next day :(
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar
Lunch: 9 oz of ham and 1 plain yogurt (the yogurt made me gag :/)
Dinner: 7 oz of beef, a lettuce salad w/lemon juice I had a friend ask me out to lunch tomorrow and I had to say no :'(
Day 1: I am 5'1, I am about 127lbs. When I came to college I was 109, so the freshman 15 hit me hard. My goal weight is 100-105. I hope I can be that skinny by Summer :) I am a California girl :D

Denmark Diet Day 1
Today I successfully finished Day 1 of the Denmark Diet...and it was extremely difficult to get through the day. I was starving at 10PM, but I just drank a lot A LOT of water. I survived :) and now I feel so happy. I didn't really workout though, I just lifted weights...I feel bad about that, but I should be okay. Breakfast: Coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, spinach, 1 tomato
Dinner: 7oz of beef, lettuce salad w/lemon juice
Denmark Diet
Tomorrow I will be starting this DIET!! HOOT HOOT! i'm excited :) I am about 127lbs right now and hopefully I can get to 105-110 by Valentine's Day, that's my goal. I know you can lose about 15-26lbs on this diet, so I am hoping for an AWEmazing result! :)
I decided to get a new blog, just so it could be anonymous. My other "personal" blog was not as personal because I wasn't really writing everything I could...too many friends...and well I don't want to be judged by those friends. So here it goes. Now I am free to talk about drugs and struggles, and it feels good :)
