Oh right, the file was a bmp until i had to open it, and it had changed size. Then i treated it as a .raw. Don’t know if that matters, i just wanted to write everything down

Played back the image in audacity through my speakers while recording it on my pc.

I accidentally made audacity record at a different sample rate. (a fourth of the sample rate i originally set the file at.)

I exported the audio, now with part of it replaced with a recording of itself. I attempted to export with the 44100 sample rate, but the file size was 4 times smaller than original. Additionally the image was flipped along the vertical axis (but not horizontally) and stretched out.
