If you are on medication or go to therapy for any sort of mental illness there is no shame in that and I hope you keep taking your medication and seeing your therapist so that you get better. Mental illnesses are a medical problem and you should not feel shameful for taking care of your mind. There is nothing wrong with taking medication or seeing a therapist, you are being healthy. ALSO, IT IS NORMAL TO THINK YOUR THERAPIST ISN’T WORKING FOR YOU. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY JUST SUCK AND IT IS OKAY TO GET A NEW ONE. You are okay, you are fine. Do what you need to do, for you. THIS HAS BEEN A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT.
