denji is a deeply deeply lonely little boy who can't word his feelings without filtering them through his trauma and emotional damage. "i feel completely alone in the world and long for someone to relate to and be intimate with" becomes "i wanna feel some tits" because those are the words he knows for these feelings. the text asks you to empathize with denji despite his difficulty empathizing with himself. it's reductive of the narrative and the character to boil him down to a horny teenager.
