4419 is so important to us and to stray kids. today marks the day of stray kids 1st win, and i still can’t believe it. this day was destined for stray kids. they’ve worked so, so hard and i can’t put my feelings into words right now- the only thing i can think about is how much time they spent training for years, some of them even sacrificing their adolescence in order to work towards something they didn’t even know if they could reach. but they never showed how much they suffered to get here, instead they wrote us songs of comfort and picked us up when no one else could. they reunited us and in turn, we’d give them the world. our boys have worked so hard and the universe has expressed its gratitude on our behalf. thank you to everyone who has shown love to stray kids. thank you so, so much. you make stray kids stay

[2:55 PM] “So, what are we gonna be this year?” Changbin inquires at the realization that Halloween is approaching, glancing over to you. Your chin rests on your hands as you browse through couple Halloween costumes when suddenly a lightbulb goes off in your head.

“I’ll be Fiona and you can be Shrek, if you know what I mean.”

[3:05 AM] In response to your growing jealousy, you snatch Changbin’s munchlax from his arms. He gets angry and accidentally trips you in the process of trying to retrieve the plushie, you knock your head against the bed and you die.

[11:25 PM] You were growing tired as your heavy eyes grazed the side of Chan’s face which was illuminated by the light on his computer. You decide to go get a glass of water, meddling into the kitchen followed by the squeak of a chair. A shrilling squeak sneaks into the closure of the door as Chan found himself thirsting for some tea.

“REEEE!” Chan screeched as he stepped on you.

You were a roach.

[8:10 AM] You wake up and Felix is doing the Orange Justice on top of you.

[12:00 AM] The world erupted in descending numbers as the crowd bathed in hues of rainbow. As the strobes flickered amongst the world yelling in anticipation, the clock struck twelve at the sound of celebration. Fireworks painted the skies in sparks and speckles of neon, kissing every constellation above. And as the world roared with a newfound hope, your grip on Jeongin’s hand tightens. 

Perhaps it was the stars reflecting in his eyes? The flicker of neon tinges in them? The delicacy laced with fondness in them? Or just the crinkle of his smile and the bliss bleeding into his crescent shaped eyes? Either way, you had succumbed to your utmost desires as your lips are placed firmly against his own. Basking in the fusion of ecstasy and glory, the world drowns into silence. You feel nothing but the smile he’s softly, and deliberately placing into the kiss, the sound of nothing but your heart beating against its chest.

This was your way of starting the new year off right.

[4:54 PM] Chan comes home after a long, long exhausting day, the highlight of it being performing at SBS Gayo Daejun. His tired eyes ooze of nothing but the desire to be in your arms, and he gets exactly that. Once his tired figure had slipped into the warm confines of your home, he falls into your embrace. Suddenly, the exhaustion he had once bore leaves his body as he melts into utter euphoria.
