there's a heatwave coming again, and it already has kinda started.

I have chronic pains that flair up extra bad during heat like this. It leads me to have to take strong and fairly expensive painkillers pretty much constantly. I've also had to buy other meds to help get rid of some of the pains as recommended by my GP, netiher of which we can really afford right now.

If anyone could help out a little bit, it would be greatly appreciated
