Stressful Few Weeks...

Seeing some familiar faces around Vancouver always cheers me up. How is everyone? I've been completely stressed since the beginning of last week, and I think I'm finally ready for a proper night out with some friends.

Felicia: Oh my gosh! I didn't even see I had any texts. I'm so sorry! And I'm doing great! (: How are you miss Anna!?

Anna blushed softly, “Ummm, welll, I probably won’t… I honestly can’t cook… So, don’t be surprised if I end up just drinking wine and taste testing!” Laughter escaped her lips as she heard the door open, She handed over the wine she picked up and leaned in to kiss Felicia on the cheek before following the redhead inside. 

Once in the kitchen, Anna’s eyes sort of bulged, not even knowing what half the stuff on the counter was for. “Ummm, right, so… Where do we start?” she asked, looking between the two. “Wine? WIne sounds like a great start….”

Aaron chuckled, “It’s fine. My mother made sure I was able to do both cooking and baking.” He promised, he saw the counter and was easily familiar with everything on the granite.

Aaron walked inside, doing the same. “Alright, where do we start?” He asked, playing with his hands. “I vote wine as well.” He sat on a stool.

The majority had agreed upon wine, and being the fantastic host she was, Felicia took the bottles and questioned, "I heard,it's always smart to start with red wine first?" Maybe it was just a rumor or something someone told her a while back, but nonetheless, she popped open the first bottle of red wine and poured all three chilled glasses to the rim. After sliding the first two wine glasses over to her guests, she brought her own into the air with a smile.

"Bottoms up to a great evening spent with wonderful people." She said before taking a huge swig and drowning herself in the alcohol. It was good, a bit tart, but very potent. "This is great." She mentioned before taking another gulp and nearly chugging half of it by now.

Aaron stood outside, a small binder in his hands with dessert recipes. He also had a bottle of red wine in his other hand. He knocked on the door, getting a better grip on his things.

Before stopping at Felicia's he had dug up his grandmother's recipes and purchased a bottle of wine. He smiled as he stood at the door dressed in clothes he didn't mind getting dirty. He smirked at Anna's comment.  "Course I can, hope you can keep up."

A couple of knocks at the door gained Felicia full attention as she cheerily skipped out of her kitchen, past the living room area, and into the foyer where the front door was. Pulling the door towards her she looked from Anna to Aaron with a cheeky smile. "I'm so glad you guys could make it!" She was ecstatic and seeing the binder and wine Aaron held, and the iingredients Anna brought made her even more excited. She welcomed them in, offering to take their things off of their hands, proceeded by, "Follow me. The kitchen is this way."

She led the two to her roomy kitchen and showed off all the things she had collected of the years baking-wise. "It has come to my attention that I don't bake enough to have this many items..." She said sheepishly with a coy smile. "But, tonight that's gonna change!" She threw her hands up and took the wine off of Aaron's person, placing it by the other bottle. "Oh, the fun hasn't even started yet." A quick sigh of relief and Felicia quickly mentioned, "And, the bathroom is just around the corner, first door to the right," before they started.

If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen | Anna, Aaron & Felicia

The bold excitement rushed through Felicia as she was expecting her company at any time. She did a quick inspection of her apartment, making sure that for the most part it was tidy. There wasn't much to worry about because she was a naturally organized person, but there was no harm in double-checking. She had played it safe with casual clothes; jeans and an old t-shirt she didn't mind getting dirty, just in case. Alcohol and baking always ended in some sort of mess, at least from what television told her.

She gathered her supplies; mixing bowls, whisks, measuring cups, cake pans, cupcake pans, cookie pans, and a sundry of other kitchen items, most of which had never been used. Felicia never had time for baking, though with all the supplies she had, it seemed like she'd be an expert. As far as ingredients, her kitchen was stocked with anything and everything from boxed mixes to flour and sugar for made-from-scratch deserts. It was sure to be an event if nothing else. She pulled everything from their spots in the cabinets, and brought the eggs and milk out of the refrigerator just in case. Setting up everything would make this a hell of a lot smoother. And once she had nothing but baking things on the counters, she got her chilled glasses and bottle of wine to set out. It would be the first thing to do when her guests arrived!

I know, I know, everyone has been posting OOC's, and I'm sorry I'm posting mine too, because it might be clogging the dash. Anyway, I think I've done all replies for Felicia? If not, please tell me. Or if you want to do a para with Felicia please tell me as well. I really need to get back into the swing of things because I've been absent for a while.

Which brings me to point two. I actually went to a Supernatural convention this weekend. That's why I was mostly gone. I also had tons of stuff to catch up on in real-life, so I'm just trying to get back into everything. If I'm not mistaken, I have a couple of replies on Mads, which is my other account. And I'll get to those soon? *fingers crossed* Anyway, I am back and ready to write! So please, let's do a para together. Message me here, and we can totally have fun with it!
