Another one! Please excuse the quality i could not be bothered to take it out of the frame :p

I cannot for the life of me remember how big this thing is and cannot be bothered to either measure the thing or do math. It's 80x103 stitches. All the individual designs are taken from pinterest, however i put them together in figma.

I actually stitched this in one month, however I procrastinated the framing a lot… To be fair I knew I would hate the framing, and I was correct, I hated it. Mostly because IT’S STILL NOT CENTERED AND I'M NOT GOING THOUGH THAT AGAIN. Calm. Next time I'll just make it a circle, maybe that will be easier to frame.

I actually had a friend over this week and to pass time we did some embroidery. She made this tiny junimo (from stardew) and by the end she said: "I've gained a new appreciation for how long this shit takes, also I'm never doing it again". I did not realize that for her 2,5 hours was a lot? For me it's normal I guess?? I do this so often now I've lost all understanding I think.

For me embroidery is so calming. like i can just sit there and think about nothing, or listen to youtube/twitch… or in class because i do most embroidery there…

This took more than a month to make. I knew it was going to take a while but not over a month. Should have expected it tho.

This is going to be a christmas gift to my grandparents. I was going to make another one (with a different pattern) to my other grandparents, but they will have to get that one after christmas.

The pattern was made in figma (which is free). Honestly I have almost no idea how that program works. Whenever I'm confused by something I have to google it. The individual patterns are from pinterest.

I still have to iron and frame this. The pattern is 8x24 cm, so definitely the biggest thing I've ever made. Still, it's not super big. For future projects I want to have a more clear theme. Honestly I made the majority of this pattern after I had started the project, I would probably change some of the boxes if I could start over.

Anyway I'm suuuuuper proud of how this came out. Though now the idea of anything bigger is starting to scare me 😅

erm, so I kinda got really busy and forgot to embroider like anything.

But I'm back now! And I made this! I'm not sure how much I like it. I didn't plan anything and just sorta went with what I wanted to make in the moment. It's definitely not perfect but that's not what I was going for anyway

Right now im trying out a lot of different embroidery stitches. Which is a lot more difficult than this, but it gives a lot more possibilities for what I can make! The end goal is to embroider something on some pants :)

okay, so this is the pattern i have for my next project, idk how i feel about it. i kinda think that it dosen't have enough detail, and that it needs more space. We will see ig

Not sure how to feel about the red. It's such a strong colour, I might try to find something darker.

So this is going to be a coaster. The centre pattern I found online and the fill-in patterns was taken from beginners guide to blackwork.

I originally wanted to make the entire design myself, but I have no experience doing that and am also very bad at that kinda stuff so I did this instead. I first also wanted to make the pattern 30x30 instead of 40x40 (stitches not cm) but I realised that that’s a bit too small for lager drinks.

Still not sure how I’m going to make the border on this but I have some ideas.

These two border patterns I used mostly for practice. Originally I was going to do more but right now i just want to do some other stuff.

The first pattern I did mostly because the second one scared me, it honestly wasn't that bad, just time consuming. Which is why I didn't finish it completely.

Sooooo I made this design in figma (very annoying program btw) and I think it turned out pretty good! Except the bottom, ignore that bit.

I don't know exactly how I'll finish (make a border) in future designs because most things I want to make are not going to have a frame around them. I'll see if I want to continue using figma in the future. Right now I'm using it mostly because it's free and I already know the basics.
