I love how in the first two games the culprits are scary dudes capable of murder but then in the next three games the culprits get taken out by *checks notes* a chandelier, an old castle, and a ring from a crappy magician game.

I just realized that 80% of the first 5 Nancy Drew games have some arrogant, somewhat sexist, most likely flirty white guy who thinks he's all that and is somehow popular with women

Which happens to be one of my least favorite character tropes so I'm glad HER mostly dropped it after FIN

I think that Message in a Haunted Mansion is a meh game, but I am so relieved that Charlie respected us enough to not be super annoying and I would have had nightmares if Louis tried to flirt with us
