I Am A Gem

The Gems are a ladies walking running group for the rest of us. We provide fitness and nutrition programs with real life solutions. Our Mission: To inspire women to lead more active lives, learn how to walk or run injury free, conquer their goals, and help them transform their lives using real life solutions! The Gems formed in August 2011 in Cedar Park, TX as a walk/run half marathon training program. After members showed up in blinged out tutu's for our first half marathon, our name and fun spirit was cemented. Each of the Gems focus on having fun, inspiring and helping others, and living healthier lives with ease. Our programs are designed for busy professionals, families, and anyone who lives in the 21st century! We're busy, we have goals, and we want to simply be better tomorrow than we are today. From training for a 5k, walking a mile to walk/running a marathon; whatever you goal is we enjoy helping our Gems achieve each of them! Break out that inner sparkle & join us for a walk/run or at one of our special events!
