Day 10.
It's beautiful tears
That run down her dusty cheeks
– Salt thrown on burnt sand.
Day 9.
Stargazing, for they
Maybe admire us back and
Wish upon us too.
Day 8.
The smell of cut grass
Mingles with childhood summers,
And bittersweet laughs.
Day 7.
Blood beating like drums,
Flowers in my throat, twisted
Musical garden.
Day 6.
Empathy - my eyes,
My heart, open wide on you,
Cause we are the same.
Day 5.
Like tears, snow and leaves,
The sun, pencils, rain, time and
Stars, I fall for you.
Day 4.
These arms around me,
Soft silk as warm as water
In which I now drown.
Day 3.
Snow melt in the sun
To herald spring, like I bleed
To know I'm alive.
Day 2.
An introspection –
Golden chains around my mind
That I slowly rust.
Day 1.
The sky was blue like
an orange, so I shared my
meal with a kitten.

Autumnal love – a soft non-binary story
They got up from bed at dawn, their bare feet brushing the cold wooden floor. Still warm from their night spent in the hollow of their cozy bed, they draped themselves in a silk robe. The light fabric slid over their bare shoulders, making them shiver pleasantly.
They used to be so thin, before. They used to feel like they could break whenever they hit something. And they were so cold, too. Shivering, their hands tight around their lean chest, their hollow cheeks, their weak legs. Now they took pride in their curves. And the markings on their thighs, like the stripes of a tiger, just showed that they had survived, that they were a warrior.
They descended into the silent kitchen, moving with the grace of a ghost from another time. A cat came out of nowhere and rubbed against their ankles, asking with charming meows to be fed. They let out a small laugh at its fuss, not too loudly, so as not to wake the sleeping being upstairs. After feeding the cat, who purred in satisfaction, they made themselves tea, twirling in the kitchen, humming a forgotten melody in their breath.
Finally, when the water had finished boiling, they took their cup, and, entangling their fingers around the hot porcelain, went out onto the porch of the house. The cold autumn wind tickled their legs, but they paid no attention to it, busy observing the sleeping nature. The warm-colored leaves were beginning to fall slowly from the trees, and would have cracked under their feet if they had walked in it. The forest was rustling softly with the birdsongs and the sounds of animals, and the first rays of sun were shining through the large gray clouds that covered the sky. "Already awake ?"
They smiled when they heard the familiar voice, but didn't turn around. The door of the house closed softly and the porch planks creaked as the newcomer, just awake, approached behind their back. They took a sip of tea without ceasing to smile, and closed their eyes as arms embraced them tenderly from behind. Their lover kissed their bared neck, and they opened their eyes again and turned their head so that their lips met. Their lover laughed softly as they broke their kiss, and kissed them again on the crook of their neck. Lips against their skin, their lover whispered softly.
"Come back to bed ?" They could feel the warmth of their lover's body against their back, arms shielding them from the world. They felt serene, at peace. Nodding softly, they let themselves be drawn into the house by the hand, guided by the promise of a warm bed, passionate kisses, and autumnal love.
A little flirt

A little kiss

In a heartbeat

love
For E.
He was the first
I liked him
and his brilliant mind
the way he talked, the savant words he used
all the lighted ideas in his head that showed he was a thinker
I liked him profoundly, mentally, like two young etudites in an old book
I liked his jokes and his passion and the fact that he could never love me back
He was my charming prince, coming from one of my dreams
My love for him was purely romantic and emotional
He was the second
I didn't like him
No, I didn't like him in a way that I would have want to spend my life with him
I understood him, he understood me, we were the same
Two teenagers sarcastic and enough realist to see that everything was fucked up
Even love
So I just wanted to use him, and he wanted to use me, and we were both okay with that
I wasn't a princess anymore, dreaming of her prince, I was a woman with needs
It was only attraction, not love of any kind
I liked his little smirk and his fingers brushing my hip and the way he looked at me
My love wasn't even love, it was only physical
Then I met her
Truly, for the first time
I realized I had been stupid
What I thought was love, what I thought was attraction, was nothing compare
To what she made me feel
To what she makes me feel
With her, it's physical and emotional, it's attraction and love
It's an explosion of light in the middle of a summer night
It's passionate discussions about the world
It's stolen kisses and wrapped fingers
It's dreamy dresses flying behind us as we run
and it's smooth lipstick that smell like love
I loved her
And I love her
And I will love her
Until my last breath, until I close my eyes for the last time
I met her
And suddenly
I knew what love was
