gotham's most infamous billionaire. reeks of strong cologne and cigarettes. quick witted. still alone in a room full of people. falls asleep at his computer. fitted suits and painted smiles. too persuasive for his own good. empty coffee cups litter his desk. scarily good poker face. he's got contacts all over. hang on, is that the bat signal?

forever the faithful sidekick. brown box dye. still finding his footing. battered sony beats around his neck. smells like energy drinks and leather. somehow finds some good in everyone. fiercely loyal. slips into the shadows. wicked smile. morning patrol runs along gotham's streets. mostly reserved. yearns to become a better hero.
⟢ WAIT... WHERE ARE WE AGAIN? modern day gotham city, baby! overrun with too many problems to count, like rodents and crime, to name only a couple. it's quite frightening how easy it is to hide in a shadow cast in a sketchy looking alleyway, which is all of them, to be honest. people are used to it: the crime, the rubble, the constant turbulence of everyday life. because of this instability, it seems that nobody in this city stops moving, much less the famed hero, batman.
⟢ AND WHERE IS THIS TAKING US? when the news of a new feline villain, black cat, starts to circulate through the gotham papers, it turns more heads than it probably should. the only problem is, nobody has ever really seen her, only finding the claw-like scratches that she leaves behind. meanwhile, poison ivy's attacks become more violent and frequent, rumours swirling that her and the new black cat are now in kahoots. this catches superhero duo batman & nightwing completely off guard, scrambling to look for any clues for either of their motivations. it's not long before all four come face to face, and it seems that everyone is hiding something they'd prefer kept under wraps...
