So I didn’t know this, but Peter Jackson filmed epilogues for Eowyn+Faramirs’ wedding, Gimli with his Glittering Caves, and Legolas in Ithilien.  AND I’M SUPER CRUSHED THAT THEY HAVEN’T BEEN RELEASED ANYWHERE.

Summary: Inspired by this prompt on the kink meme: In the beginning, it was all fun and games, but as the quest becomes more dangerous, Fili starts worrying. Because the only reason his little brother Kili is part of the quest is because Fili joined it. Fili is rather young for a dwarf still, so nobody would have taken offense had he said "no, thank you". But he joined because of uncle Thorin, and there was no way that Kili would stay at home without his brother.

"Kili would nod with enthusiasm, because wherever Fili went, whatever Fili did, Kili was sure to follow him. His big brother was his hero."

I think the best part of "The Hobbit" being released is that it has, obviously, caused a renewed surge of LOTR fannish stuff. I've been combing through the old Library of Moria archives that I used to frequent when I was like, fifteen, and in love with Legolas.
