How I Got My Butt Bigger

There are 3500 calories in 1 pound because naturally I don't eat a lot , I brought a weight gainer from VitaminShoppe. I Drink the shake twice a day - before I workout & before bed- which gives me an additional 1500 calories. The rest I get from food.

My workout routine focuses mainly on my abs, thighs and butt. For my butt, I warm-up by doing butterfly stretches and jumping jacks. Then I do Bodynomics: Turn your "FLAT" butt into a "PHAT" butt! followed by BikiniModelFitness: Best BUTT Workout: Best of Bikini Model Nicole Mejia.  Since I want to build muscle I use a 20 pound weight because it is challenging for me. I will increase the weight once this one becomes too easy. I do these routines 2x every other day.

I wear a wear a waist cincer corset because for me it focuses my weight in my lower body and since I'm drinking that weight gainer I don't want my stomach to get fat.  So far I've been doing this for 3 weeks and my butt grew an inch!

How To Be A Badass Boss Bitch

1. You Own The World

That's right it's yours and you need to realize that from the moment you wake up to the second you go to bed. You can't be a boss acting all timid. Your confidence level should be through the roof. Just think that everything you desire in this world was put here for you not vice versa. 

2. Strut 

Just because you know you own the world doesn't mean everyone else does..at first. So show them! Your walk if a reflection of you ,so make it fierce. Walk like your on the catwalk even if you're only in the supermarket. When you walk past everyone should want to know who you are. 

3. Don't Be Basic - Set Goals

Only basic bitches do something for nothing or don't aspire to better themselves. What's the motivation behind your actions? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Whatever it is everything you do should be helping you towards reaching that goal. Everyday is an opportunity to succeed. 

4. Dress To Slaughter

Every woman can look like a million bucks regardless of age or body type. Find what styles flatter your body the best and go from there. Me personally I believe that all bad bitches should wear heels ,but if you look good in a pair of kicks, great. Your shoes and accessories should compliment your outfit and your hair and makeup should complete your look. Don't forget your nails. You could have on the sexiest outfit ,but dirty nails will make you look dirty. 

5. I'm Right , You're Wrong

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise because remember you own the world. You call the shots. You know what's best for you, so never let anyone try to take advantage.

6. Fuck Like It's The End Of The World

Your partner should think you're the best they've ever had. Spice it up! Roleplay, get ideas from porn, have sex in odd places. Always keep them guessing what's up your sleeve. Make them believe that they can't get this level of pleasure anywhere else.
