I am almost only ritualistic
Ritualistic to me means things that happen chemically and mechanically, like for example if I record in Massachusetts, Europe will catch the wave. That was mechanical, and a example of a chemical ritual is like if you eat seafood the right way your organs will get stronger or if a song is interesting enough it will create receptors in any brain
