I hate apartments

I always get stuck with the neighbors who play their bass high making it hard to watch my television, elephant like gaits above me if I'm not living on the top floor, or I get stuck with the smokers below me who like to puff away in their bedroom; cigarette and/or marijuana. It used to be so quiet in the apartment I grew up in as a kid. What has happened? Oh and how can I forget the relationship drama/verbal fights of the next door neighbors. 😫
