I'm so stressed rn, I have so much things worried about. because I want to lose weight but it's hard for me so I just ⭐️ve, but I also reaaaally want to increase height and I need to eat alot to reach my height goal. that is the thing I'm worried about. the good thing is I'm losing 1 kg after 3 days. I'm not even ⭐️ing my self, I literally binged.

I just want to be 162 cm and 46 kg. thats all. (the most realistic version at my age)
