I found this blog after his passing and wanted you to know that reading how silly and fun these "I bet David Bowie-" things are amazing and making me proud to be his fan and appreciating the fun he helped all of us create. I totally understand that you won't accept admissions anymore, but personally, these are really helping me with his loss, which is saying something, because his death hit me so, very hard. I know that we will relish and love his memory for all eternity! Rock on David Bowie. <3

I’m glad that all the fun we had is a comfort, and that’s one of the reasons I’m keeping this blog up. It reminds us how great, transcendent, but also how human he was, and so many of these posts show how much we wanted to be able to relate to him, to be peers, and I think that’s what made him so great. He was larger than life and we loved him like that, but we also found ways to make him human again.
