You guys it's literally a cheat code frfr like it's so good and sooo filling and not even 100 cal, so here you go if anyone needs it⬇️
Low cal egg drop soup
Ingredients:
1/2 broth cube
1 egg
Instructions:
Boil the water and throw in the broth cube
Beat the egg in a plate or a cup until the yolk and whites are not separate
Once the cube has dissolved in the water start throwing the egg in little by little
Wait a minute or two until its all cooked while stirring, poor and enjoy!
