I’m really happy for Garrett and Andrew for being able to step away from Shane and create their own content. I was concerned at first that they’d be dragged down with him. Not because I thought Shane would “expose” them because I don’t he’s dumb enough to publicly hate on the unproblematic goof, Garrett Watts and the meek and giggly, Andrew Siwicki. I was afraid they’d be lumped in with the “anyone who worked with Shane is bad by association” club. I’m glad the internet didn’t do that and now the Sweet Boys can flourish and become the greatest podcast in the world.

Also, to the people who claim Garrett is only successful because of Shane...Stop. Actually, of all the people Shane has had major working relationships with, Garrett has been the best at holding his own after that relationship ended. His views are pretty much the same as the videos he made years ago when he still worked with Shane. He’s not like others who struggle to crack 100k views now that Shane isn’t in every video *cough* Lisa *cough*. Garrett and Andrew are gonna be just fine without him.
