Was looking into colmnb copycats/effect and didn't see this one mentioned a whole lot!

On April 9th, 2011, 24 year old Tristan van der Vlis opened fire in a mall in the Netherlands, k1llng 6 people and injuring 17. He was a member of a local gun club and, despite an involuntary hold in a psych ward and protests from his parents, was able to get a gun license.

Van der Vlis called D+E Inspirations and reportedly wanted to use the same weapons in his attack, leaving a letter that said there were also bombs present in reference to the 1999 attack. None were found, however.

The police were found guilty and had to pay the victim's family a hefty sum of money to cover damages caused by their neglect to properly check his background and mental health history.

He had no known motive was in his 30s and was reported to have had autism.

I haven't seen anybody mention him.

Here's Kim de Gelder

Who?

Kim de Gelder was a 20-year-old with possible schizophrenia and confirmed depression. As a teenager he claimed to hear voices, but was never formally diagnosed with anything. He had a film obsession with The Dark Knight and allegedly quoted Two-Face/Harvey Dent during his attack.

What'd he do?

Two stabbings in Sint-Gillis-bij-Dendermonde, East Flanders, Belgium in January of 2009.

His count's set at 4 deaths and injured 13 including himself.

This consists of:

An old woman from a murder a few months prior to the main attack

The rest of his victims are from his main attack on the Het Fabeltjesland daycare centre; three of which were below the age of 1. He planned to attack three different daycares. He was using kitchen knives and has no known motive.

He has a life-imprisonment and has absolutely no chance of getting out.

Inside of Laaiti Ekenstéen's room, there was a box full of writing supplies found. The box had writing on top that read:

"August 19, 2021

January 10, 2022

Valhalla awaits you!"

August 19th, 2021 was the day of Hugo's attack. January 10th, 2022 was the day of Laaiti's attack.

Laaiti Ekenstéen sat on the staircase before class on January 10th, 2022. His teacher approached him shortly before class and mentioned how class was beginning soon. Laaiti made no response. His teacher and a student took the elevator up to the floor where classroom 2 is located. Laaiti would then put on a face mask and head up the stairs. He would walk into classroom 2 and stab his teacher and a classmate before calling 911 on himself. He left his backpack and school issued laptop behind.

On the account "gayfortimk" that was owned by Adam Lanza, he used as a profile picture the perpetrator of the 2009 Winnenden and Wendlingen spree killings Tim Kretschmer.

For the "queerforkimveer" account, he used the 2006 Dawson college shooter Kimveer Gill. He changed his picture two times.

Adam used the exact same profile picture as gayfortimk for his Dailymotion account named "GFTK", the account was later hacked and the profile picture was changed into Pikachu.
