being anti-rape and anti-pedophile is a radical progressive stance when the current administration and the majority of the wealthy in power are pedophilic rapists btw. nothing reactionary about it, it’s called having morals grounded in reality instead of fanfiction

No Annoying Apartment Problems
I made a small mod to counter some of the annoying apartment related problems that can be tricky to deal with in game. In particular, I focused on nuisances that come with City Living, Eco Lifestyle, and For Rent. I'm honestly surprised I couldn't find a mod like this from someone else.
Overview:
This mod adds a new lot trait called 'No Problems' which has the following functions:
Automatically deletes objects associated with apartment problems (mouse hole, electrical box, mold, chalk outline, roach spawners, goo drains etc.)
Prevents loud neighbour situations from City Living apartments (loud fights, music, & woohoo)
Prevents negative situations from For Rent apartments (tenant revolt, electrical issues, curses, leaks, mold etc)
Clears Eco Lifestyle roaches & flies from trashcans
Now you don't need to manually delete problematic objects with cheats or mods anymore! This is especially helpful for roaches since the City living roach spawner is invisible and the Eco Lifestyle roaches are a state on all trashcans.

How To Use:
Manually add the 'No Problems' lot trait in build mode
The next time that lot loads, the problems should be gone! (If you go to Manage Worlds, you can check the updated lot thumbnail with no problematic objects)
Important Notes:
This mod does not override or conflict with any existing lot traits.
This mod doesn't prevent 'Quake Zone' events or normal neighbour situations.
If you want to remove the permanent negative traits in San Myshuno, you can use a mod that 'unlocks' lot traits like this one. But please note how my mod is different:
The 'Needs TLC' lot trait doesn't actually do anything. Even if you just remove the 'Needs TLC' lot trait, the annoying problems can still occur, because they're actually caused by objects such as the mouse hole and invisible spawners. This is why my mod neutralizes and deletes the problematic objects. Now our sims can live nice, peaceful lives in unproblematic apartments. Enjoy ⟡

no actually i don't think antivaxxers' kids should die from a disease. i don't think gun advocates' kids should die in school shooting. children dying is bad actually, even if they're children of people you don't like.
thank you, tumblr user warcrimesimulater, for this clear, well-articulated, and reasonable statement
the irl takeout ordering is getting out of hand lately but that doesn't mean my sims have to stop. 🤭
