game where mc is a cat in a world of not-cats. what are the not-cats?

game: simple slice of life, you play a week in the life of a cat guy who is the only cat in a world of (humans/dogs).
gameplay is: ypu have tasks to complete every day. you can explore your environment and talk to people to get an idea of Yourself.
i might follow a whole tutorial or two or five to a T bc ive just been taking bits of different tutorials and changing them. so im not fully understanding whats going on.
ive basically down whats supposed to be step 2 to learning gamedev first. now i do step 1. i dont want to thooo but i Gotta bc im stuck on a lot of things...

lab rat is definitely inspired a lil bit by space station 13(14?) but only vaguely bc ive barely watched a youtuber play it. and ofc theres scp and backrooms influence. and untitled goose game (unintentionally). so yeah i guess you could say everyone wants to fuck me for my cool and badass ideas

temp tileset was 64x64 but i changed it to 32x32.
this is my Testing ChambersTM. im gonna try to figure out different mechanics here. also i need to give the test guy more colour he blends in too well lol.
lab rat game is gonna be so fun to make. youre just a rat in a lab. its also an unethical lab. they do not follow proper guidelines.

this didnt post the first time ANYWAYS you can 'drink' water. aka i made the input for pressing space next to water. you can only drink from the right tho
okay so it basically is stuck forever on processing. im trying again but if it doesn do it then im giving up on video updates.

horse survival is gonna be sooo fun
did my lil placeholder map. forgot i changed the grass colours lol.
gotta make the Edible grass and make it so you have stats that change with time so you have to eat and drink.
horsesim plans for today:
im gonna stop worrying anout assets n animations and work on the survival part of the game
