Once upon a time there was a very large and angry King by the name of Vernon. He ruled the land with an iron fist and with a very thin Queen by his side called Petunia. They had a son, Prince Dudley, who was the size of a baby whale by the time of his sixteenth birthday and aside from his ability to eat he was useless.
The people were not happy with this family of rulers, but what could they do? They were forced to live with the blood line until death. There was only one hope for them, the King had a nephew called Harry Potter, their only other living relative and second to the throne behind the Prince who was being used as a servant and punching bag for the Prince. Harry was actually a decent person unlike the Dursley’s, and he mingled among the people like he was one of them, and he understood them.
The King, Queen and Prince hated the boy though, for he was the bastard of the Queen’s sister and a man who had known magic. And if there was one thing the King hated more than the boy it was magic, which had been banned from the kingdom. The King believed the bastard boy showed no sign of magic and anyway, any confidence he might have had left to enable such ability was surely being knocked out of him by the Prince.
One day, a Duke and Duchess from a far away land bring their daughter to the kingdom to meet with Prince Dudley in hopes of their daughter marrying the future King. A very large feast was prepared especially, but it was clear that Lady Hermione showed no interest in the whale of a Prince who expressed no intelligence at all and spent the entire night eating.
However, the rather handsome serving boy with messy black hair and dirt on his nose did catch the eye of the pretty young Lady with bushy brown hair and they shared a smile. That evening, Harry is visited in his quarters by another servant (Lady Hermione’s very well treated servant) with a message that the Lady wants to meet. Perhaps she shows her interest in him, maybe it’s a booty call.
They fall in love and tell everything to each other. The Lady reveals that she can perform magic and is willing to teach Harry to discover the gift he was born with. She talks about how great the idea would be if they could start a magic school, a place that could help everyone like them be proud of what they can do and learn it in a safe environment.
Their time together is brief, the Lady leaves without any want of marrying Dudley, but she has ambitions to keep in touch with Harry. They begin to send letters to one another, secretly though to avoid detection from the fat King. They talk of magic and think about a world where it is acceptable and Harry complains that he is tired of being a servant.
One day, Harry wakes to the sound of alarm bells ringing through the castle, and word comes that the King and Queen have been found dead in their quarters. There was no sign of a break in, no sign of a struggle, no stab wounds or signs of poison. They were just dead. The doctor has many theories, but the one that he strongly suggests is the potential use of magic and so naturally Harry becomes the prime suspect.
Harry writes Lady Hermione a letter immediately to tell her the news, right before he is arrested and thrown into jail by the Prince. He is almost certainly sentenced to death by fire. In the middle of the night, just before he is due to be executed, he is broken out of jail by Lady Hermione, and they run away back to her parents’ land to safety.
Word eventually travels to the Prince that the escaped prisoner is hiding out on a distant land and declares war on them. Harry tries to make peace, by swearing to the Prince that he had no hand in his Aunt and Uncle’s death and begging him to sign a peace treaty, but it falls on death ears, a bloody and murderous battle ensues and Harry is victorious.
The moment of the Prince’s death, the rest of the Kingdom’s soldiers cease their fighting and turn to the last remaining heir to the throne, Harry Potter. He is rightly crowned King, marries Hermione to make her his Queen and the Kingdom finally becomes a safe and prosperous place to live.
